The plus side to this non-compliance is they can issue a debit card immediately at the branch. * 800 number is live answered by someone causally saying "how can i direct your call". A phone tree would be a quicker, easier and more professional way of getting your call to customer service. Its a little annoying. This Branch Location:: Likes: * Staff is very friendly. They suggest you help yourself to their keurig and have a seat etc. They were very friendly during the account opening process and did not pressure me with the usual up-sells. Dislikes: * Do they get robbed a lot? Everyone is behind glass - even in the account opening process. The parking lot entrance is one way but the entrance to the bank is on the opposite side of the entrance to the parking lot.
