He asked questions on where the item will be stored (high traffic va low traffic areas of home) and when i answered he provided a plethora of fabrics to consider. However, this is where my problems began. My bed did not have the hardware to put it together. My dresser with the fireplace in it had a huge crack in the bottom. I had a few other minor scratches in three pieces. Over the course of the 18 months. I have had parts sent over and over. I have had 3 technicians. Every time, same story, they say that Servco the Warranty side ordered wrong hardware. Now they tell me they have sent it and will not send it again. I moved two months ago. The movers put my bed together that the technicians never could. They did confirm, that I was still missing specialty bolts for the headboard. However they made it work...for now. All the while I am still going back and forth with the warranty side of Jennifer Furniture. They did the repairs on the scratches and cracked base on chest of drawers. However going on 19 months later and for the amount I spent, they would still leave me with a disassembled bed and parts just leaned up against my walls of my home. THIS COMPANY has been the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!
