I've been a customer here for years, but getting prescriptions filled has become a recurring…read moreproblem. I've received multiple conflicting explanations for the same prescription (out of stock, insurance issue, order cancelled), and the pharmacy rarely communicates proactively. If you don't strongly advocate for yourself and follow up repeatedly, your prescription may never get filled. I've tried to resolve this directly with the pharmacy without success and hope management will address the issue.

Full Disclosure: I have never had to get medications through here or had to deal with the pharmacy in any way..I mostly come here for random picture developing and to pick up random convenience items when I don't feel like battling the crowds at Kroger. There's nothing really great or awful about this place. It's older and the slightest bit run down..but they're usually fully stocked in what I am looking for. They keep the appearance of the store pretty clean for what they're working with. For the most part the employees are pleasant. They do sometimes wait a bit to long to throw someone else on the registers when a line starts forming..but it's never too awful. So yeah, just overall an A-OK location..ha.

"what do you want". This was after the cvs rep I spoke with already notified them. There was really no reason for this location to call me back at all after that but evidently this guy just felt like venting his frustrations. Completely unprofessional and very rude. I've had a few bad experiences at this location and will be having my prescriptions sent elsewhere for now on.

First, I walked in and totally forgot to put my mask on, the cashier Kelly (should be named Karen at this point) told me in the nastiest way to put my mask on, then went on to keep commenting to other customers about how people have attitudes when told about a mask and how they know they need to be wearing masks etc... in my opinion that was horrible customer service. Yes I need to wear a mask which I keep forgetting because it's not something that I've been doing for years like wearing pants or a shirt, and kelly did NOT need to keep commenting to other customers after the fact. So I went and got my mask, came back in to pick up my daughter's package from ups that was sent there. I had the tracking number and my identification and was told I could not pick up the package because it was not addressed to me. As I uploaded in the pictures ups says if it's not the addressee picking up the package all they need it their identification and the tracking number. So I had to have my daughter call and let the Kelly lady know I was picking up her package. She also called ups to report that Kelly made up her own rules for me to pick up my daughters package. I feel like either she was racist and was discriminating against me for either 1. My color or 2.the fact that I initially forgot my mask or could be both reasons. Either way I will NOT use this cvs again and will pass the word on to my friends family and co workers not to use it either. Nice job Kelly.

I love Walgreens except for this location. I just stopped in to pick up some stuff, but I had to…read moreuse the bathroom (really bad). They had one, but it literally had two keypads. There was a line at the pharmacy, and only one person was helping the drive-thru. I found an employee and asked if they could let me in, and she said to talk to the folks back there, motioning to the pharmacy. I said it was busy and asked if she could help me. She said (exact words), "Nope, whatever, what do you want me to do?" and shrugged and returned to her business. I went back into the line, now really having to go," the folks in the line apologized. After a few minutes of nobody showing up, I decided to leave. On the way out, I asked the cashier where a bathroom was I could use (hoping she would help me there or at least point to a business that doesn't hate its customers).
