The food was delicious I recommend the mushroom truffle pizza, Lobster ravioli, and Caesar salad. The drinks were great and the service was excellent. Special thanks to the management for going above and beyond for our guests today. Great ambiance.

Oh my! A highfalutin bakery located in the Bal Harbour shops. It boasts of beautiful French pastries, and other dessert like items. I admire the presentation; boxed up and looking as beautiful as it tastes. Was that real vanilla bean in the custard? Sure was! Be prepared for the bill that comes with the looks and quality ingredients... except for the berry tart, that was extremely underwhelming, and the custard was runny and didn't really taste like anything, but everything else was superb.

Drinks: - The Matcha Latte was okay. I couldn't really taste the matcha though since the soy milk over powered the flavor of the matcha. Normally I would do oat milk, but they unfortunately didn't have any. Food: - The mini tart is a must get. It was literally the best tart I've ever had in my life, and it was only $4. I'm so glad I decided to get it. In my experience tarts are usually really tart to the point where it's unenjoyable, but this tart had the perfect harmony between sweetness and tartness - The Cornetto Pistachio is literally just a croissant with pistachio cream. Very good, highly recommend this. It may be hard to cut through with a fork and knife, going in with the hands might be the best strategy to use here - The Bombolone Pastry cream was also good. It is rich and the pastry cream wasn't too sweet Ambience: - I liked the chairs, they're like the movie director style chairs. It's a cool vibe - The seating areas are nicely shaded - The table arrangements are a little cramped, they offer lots of seating but due to the constraints of being located in an outdoor mall they just had to cram as many tables together to offer enough seating Overall: Didn't get a chance to try their food but their pastries are very good. Their drinks are okay. If I'm every in town I'd definitely want to visit again and get their tarts. This place offer two separate seating areas: one directly next to the café, and another one in a separate location on the same floor. I liked the seating next to the café more

Our group had a cute time here. My food and Nutella cappuccino was really good. Nice place to stop in between shopping in the mall. Pricing is also pretty reasonable. And service wasn't too bad.

A Tiffany-Themed Tea: Elegant in Concept, Yet a Touch Off Tradition I recently checked out Avenue 31 Café's collaboration with Tiffany & Co.: Breakfast at Tiffany's afternoon tea pop-up at Bal Harbour Shops on the second level. I'd heard all the buzz from popular news blogs and decided to celebrate a belated Galentine's Day with my mom, hoping for an experience straight out of a classic afternoon tea. Unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark. Ambiance: The café is strictly al fresco, split into two outdoor seating areas. One overlooks Collins Avenue near Hillstone, and the other offers a view of the mall center. I was expecting a charming, garden-like setting, but instead, it felt more like a grab-and-go setup. Tables were cramped, and weaving between umbrellas was as funny as it was frustrating. Service: Getting to our seats was a bit of a challenge, but our server navigated the maze with impressive agility. He was friendly and knowledgeable, patiently guiding us through the menu. However, the real letdown was the service itself. Unlike the continuous service typical of a traditional afternoon tea--where you can request additional tea and food tiers--the offerings here were a one-time serving, which was quite disappointing. Food: We opted for the Tiffany Afternoon Tea at $79 per person. The food was beautifully presented with Tiffany blue and gold accents, and each tier featured a range of delicate delights--true to the tradition of afternoon tea. For instance, the tuna tartare was exquisitely done. Keep in mind that the petite portions are part of the afternoon tea tradition, but the lack of replenishment made the experience feel less generous than expected. Drinks: The glass of champagne that accompanied the meal was spot on--perfectly balanced and refreshing. However, the tea service left much to be desired. Instead of having the tea properly brewed in the pot (where tea leaves or tea bags are added first, followed by hot water for full flavor extraction), we were served a pot of hot water with tea bags on the side, leaving us to brew our own tea. This isn't how a classic tea service should work. Moreover, the tea selection was underwhelming, offering only basic options like chamomile, breakfast tea, Earl Grey, and mint--more akin to what you'd find in a local supermarket rather than a high-end afternoon tea setting. In the end, Avenue 31 Café's attempt at a sophisticated afternoon tea fell short of traditional UK standards. The absence of continuous tea and food replenishments, combined with the improper tea brewing method and a limited tea selection, left the experience feeling incomplete. That said, the café does offer a stylish spot within the glamorous Bal Harbour Shops--just be sure to manage your expectations and enjoy it as a themed event rather than a definitive destination for an authentic, replenished UK-style afternoon tea experience.

A terrific find at Bal Harbour shops! Nutella croissant was the bomb and coffee drinks were so good! Who knew you could have a nutella cappacino?Great service on a beautiful day in Miami! Life is good!

I really had high hopes for this one but after dining here with a friend for lunch it's definitely not a place I am dying to run back to. I really don't see how it can compete with the other shops restaurants. Unfortunately, the service was just not it and the food didn't taste that fresh. the sandwiches are already pre-prepared and the pasta that we ordered did not taste homemade or authentic.

I finished my day shopping and I needed to get a present for my father. He loves chocolate cake. We found this little bakery on the corner and the desserts look fantastic. They look very tasty and scrumptious. The staff was extremely friendly and warm . The inside of the bakery smelled, inviting

    Spicy rigatoni with Burrata

I chose this place because it was in the shops of Balharbour and can offer a nice area to sit outside. The weather was beautiful and atmosphere was quite enough for a business lunch. The server suggested the spicy rigatoni, and I chose the pistachio cappuccino because the pictures looked so good. She also suggested the cheesecake which I didn't have a picture of, but I loved that because it wasn't your typical New York cheesecake where it was dense, it was very light and Creamy. Everything was a hit here that I tried. This pistachio cappuccino was the best I've had, almost reminds me of Dubai chocolate if I had to guess what it actually tastes like. This is a great place to stop by and relax and catch up with a friend, while enjoying some good day food. Service is a little bit more relaxed here, so don't be in a rush, but the server that took care of us had great recommendations so I would say great service good.

Good sandwich. Perfect for midafternoon snack. Jessie was so nice and courteous. And the place is cute. Expensive, but it's Bal Harbour.

If you looking for a quick snack and a coffee in your shopping spree this little cafe is just adorable. They have a nice patio area if you would like to have a sit down meal but if you're on the move they have a wonderful like counter area where you can order all types of coffee and backed goods / sandwiches. Prices wise it is pretty standard for miami cafe pricing and my iced coffee was delicious and refreshing! The counter attendants were extremely nice and you are greeted at the door by what I think is a hostess who was also lovely. Overall nice quick stop and perfect for those long shopping days!

Nice place to get some breakfast or brunch upstairs located within the Bal Harbour Shop area. Service was quick and delightful! The coffee and French toast were delicious & memorable!

Cute cafe with patio seatings on the second floor. They have a shop where you can see and order desserts or sandwiches. Got seated fairly fast. Food was delicious. However, I asked for lemon and honey from the food runner, 10 mins later a different food runner came and brought just lemon. I didn't say anything. Glad that the waiter noticed and apologized when bringing the check at the end. I think maybe it was just a miscommunication from the service team. Overall, recommend it for a quick and easy bite.

This has been a quiet Sunday dinner spot for me, but my experience this week was less than spectacular & friendly. It started off great! The burrata with prosciutto and sweet balsamic glaze was delicious as I had come to expect. The first bump started with my bolognese. Sure, the taste & quantity was as delicious as always but I have never been to an Italian place where I had to spray the black pepper myself. Usually it is applied by server. OK, let's ignore that one for now. But then came my dessert. The ricotta cheesecake I ordered was not what I expected. It was a little too dense, and unlike other places I've had cheesecake at, it had no berry topping. I certainly was not feeling and commented as much to my waitress. She took the plate that I struggled to be halfway through and had a less than friendly face. I did get it removed from my check, but again the service did not feel as friendly as it had been before, even though the restaurant was not that full. I am hoping this was just a one off.

It's a pretty good breakfast spot with both inside and outside seating. The owner seems to be well-known, as someone from the adjacent shop popped in for coffee while I was dining, and he had it delivered by one of his employees. If I regularly worked on the area, I'd very likely check it out. I started with their iced latte (and since I had a busy day later), ordered a second one. I enjoyed mine with dash of milk cream. Ostensibly savory, their Avo Egg Sandie - which I enjoyed sans Avo - was tasty. The caramelized onions gave the spinach and fluffy scrambled eggs & spinach a hint of sweetness. My sweets were via the gigantic pancakes I couldn't finish (I'd need some extra gym time :) But do indulge the pancakes with the fresh fruits on top and blueberry, peach and date jams. This is nothing like Motek or Abbale, not even close. From the very first bite, my taste buds (and my expectations) were blown away. We came as a girls' night out, sharing plates and ordering "just one more dish"... and then another. The Truffle Wild Mushrooms Polenta was incredibly rich and silky, deeply earthy without feeling heavy. The Pappardelle Tomato was perfectly cooked, vibrant, and comforting in the best way. And the Cabbage "cacio e peppe"? Unexpected, bold, and absolutely addictive. The raw fish dishes were also a highlight, beautifully sliced, ultra-fresh, and paired with bright citrus, herbs, and crunch that elevated the fish without overpowering it. The grilled fish was crisp on the outside, tender inside, and plated with a smooth, flavorful puree that tied everything together effortlessly. Beyond the food, the atmosphere is a whole vibe. As the night goes on, the lights dim, the music comes on, and it transforms into the perfect setting for a stylish dinner that slowly turns into a fun night out with friends.
