Very friendly staff & the place is so clean... they have deal/packages on all kinds of options for you to help make you feel good about yourself. At the end Beauty comes from within you, you just need a little nudge to see it. That's what makes them great. Great services... I went for a laser hair removal. I used to shave daily... now I literally shave once a month when it's time to do laser. Staff are the friendliest & very professional. I now add services like Legacy to firm my butt and thighs & few other services for my face too. They don't add services that I don't t need... I even tried to. I've seen so many improvements and increase in self esteem... did I mention that they are bilingual. Prices are very reasonable too. My recommendation is stop by check them out, ask them the questions you need in person... if you call they don't know what they are working with so best answers are always in person. Prices are great compared to other places I checked out and they have some form package deals.

You feel like you're in a dream (mind you they're sticking needles in your face but i stand by what I say). They have defined what it is to "take care" of someone. My wife and I were first timers and they were so comforting. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left it was a spa like experience. I can't thank the staff, nurse and doctor enough. When i saw my lips I became super emotional. They looked phenomenal. It was worth every single penny. The procedure was not painful AT ALL. I don't consider myself to have a high pain tolerance but they take EXTRA care and make sure you are as comfortable as possible during the whole procedure. Going to a dermatologist makes ALL THE DIFFERENCE. If you are on the ledge about going through with this I beg you to give this place a shot. Instead of having me interview at the Sunny Isles location, they had me drive over an hour to the Brickell location. Once I got there, both the lady at the front desk and the manager I was about to interview with were both very cold and rude but I didn't think much of it. She then proceeded to ask me two questions during the interview, the first being my prior work experience and then asking whether I knew Spanish. I was struggling to understand her English because she had a strong accent and I said that I was new to the area and still learning it. She then ended the interview very abruptly and muttered "why do they keep sending people here that don't know Spanish?" I was shocked because the interview had lasted less than three minutes and asked if there was anything else I could do. She said no and dismissed me. I messaged the original coordinator who I had the zoom interview with explaining what happened and they proceeded to ghost me. This entire experience was incredibly unprofessional as they could've asked about my language capabilities any time from my initial application to the zoom interview but instead had me drive over an hour each way just to ask two questions. The way it was handled was also very disrespectful and caused me to leave the place sobbing since it was the worst interview experience I've ever had. I would imagine if this is how they treat their interviewees and future team members that they treat their customers even worse. Don't waste your time here.

I am writing my second review for Med Aesthetics Miami in Aventura because I truly felt compelled to come back and share my honest results. I must admit, although the staff and my Nurse Practitioner Roseanna were extremely kind after my first VIP peel and laser treatment, I panicked afterward and honestly thought I had wasted my time and money. I even called her this morning to apologize for how emotional and impatient I became when I thought the treatment had not worked. For anyone suffering from melasma, please understand this: patience is truly a virtue with this condition. Even when you stay out of the sun, warm air and heat can make it feel like your melasma is still very present. However, if you carefully follow the directions, wear your sunscreen consistently, and keep your face cool, you begin to notice the treatment working deeper after the first shedding phase of the skin. I will be posting photos of my progress because I want women to see the truth for themselves. These photos are WITHOUT filters. What shocked me the most is that I had previously been told by many dermatologists and technicians that no peel or treatment would truly help my melasma. I developed mine after using retinol in the sun, which was a huge mistake. Still, there was something about Roseanna and her team that I simply could not deny. Their energy, professionalism, honesty, and confidence made me trust the process, even when I became skeptical. I had never spent this much money on my face before. My treatments were a little under $700 for a series of three, and at first I questioned myself deeply. But now? It was worth every penny, especially for results that can truly change your confidence long-term. I highly recommend scheduling a consultation at Med Aesthetics Miami in Aventura for anyone struggling with melasma or stubborn pigmentation issues. After years of seeing different dermatologists, nurse practitioners, and skin specialists, I genuinely never expected results like this. I truly owe this experience to ROSEANNA and her amazing team, and I am already looking forward to returning for Morpheus8 treatments. TRUST HER. This review comes from a real patient, real emotions, and real results.
