Once in the consultation room, I was informed that before and after photos were also mandatory and that they could not proceed with any laser treatment if I declined. I was surprised by how inflexible these requirements were, particularly for the type of routine laser treatment I was considering. While I can understand that treatments require documentation and various precautions, requiring both a photograph of my government issued ID and treatment photos felt very disproportionate to the service I was contemplating. This combination of photographing my ID, insisting on before and after photos, and requiring me to sign multiple waivers for a consultation that ultimately did not proceed left me feeling as though their liability concerns were being prioritized far above my privacy and comfort as a prospective client. Two stars instead of one because, despite the intrusive nature of these protocols and the negative impression they left of the business, the staff remained polite and did their best to navigate a policy that they were not responsible for creating.

Today was my first appointment at the Doral location. I went in for my facial included in my membership and I had previously scheduled the massage for the 21st. The facial was great, at first! I told Danny - the girl doing my facial - that I was in heaven! That was before the extractions - then I was in hell. I'm not sure I want to go through that amount of pain and discomfort on a monthly basis - had I known! Before starting my facial, however, there seemed to be a confusion as to what facial I was "entitled to", so Danny went to the front desk and verified! She then proceeded with the facial. When I went to check out, Danny had lined up three products on the counter that she recommended. It felt very much like a sales pitch and not at all "natural". I had already stated in my check-in form that I already had a facial routine in place at home which included an anti-aging Serum - so why would I want another one? Also, why the FPF cream? I've got FPF at home, I just don't use it. Then to my shock, the facial that I had just received had been a Hydro-something which was an "upgrade" to the one included in my Membership. This used up my entire monthly payment of $99, which led me to have to cancel my massage programmed for 21st. The girl at the front desk defended her position by saying she was not aware that I had a massage scheduled for later in the month. Things went from bad to worse rapidly when trying to schedule my September appointment. I said I wanted to do both facial and massage on same day (pretty much to avoid today's confusion). That was when the girl at the front desk told me these people only have the one masseuse for ALL of their locations! First of all, I like trying out different masseuses to then settle for the one that I like, and second of all, I prefer a female masseuse! So not only do I have to schedule my appointment around this guy's availability but the day that I see him, when our schedules collide, I'll have a massage from an over worked masseuse, the one who's been doing massages all day, the one who's been bounced around from location to location! Today was my first appointment as mentioned and probably my last! I signed a document which obliges me to be with them for three months! But I don't want to go back. They only have one masseuse. A male. I prefer female. Plus I don't want to have to plan my appointments based on when he'll be in the Doral location! Why should I? Dr. Pierini and Dr. Stover are so nice and knowledgeable. The patient I care for had full face lift, fat transfer and lipo suction and tummy tuck. The wound on the stomach is so thin and the recovery period has been great. Doctor and nurses are willing to help you even on after hours. Dr. Pierini is really honest and may come off as too honest sometimes but his honesty is great as he will rather not make the money by telling you if something would look bad on you or not. You can't find that many honest people nowadays. Overall everyone who has come here loves it here. If I ever needed anything I would definitely come here!

Extremely Negative Experience with Plastic Surgeon in Doral, Miami, Florida…read more I had an extremely unfortunate experience with plastic surgeon Alberto Pierini in Doral, Florida, in 2014. After undergoing three surgeries in less than four months, I can confidently say that this doctor did not meet the expectations or professional standards one would expect. A few days after getting saline breast implants, I developed a seroma, and the doctor proceeded to drain it without administering any type of anesthesia. As time passed, the wound did not heal properly, reaching the point where I could clearly see the implant through a mirror. I had to wait many days before I could make a plan and undergo another surgical procedure. In an attempt to resolve the situation, I underwent a second surgery as his suggestion was to clean the implant and reposition it. However, the wound still did not heal properly, and the pain became increasingly intense, affecting my daily quality of life. I had drainages, and one of them moved inside the breast, causing pain even while breathing. The doctor moved and removed it without any time for pain relief, asking me to endure the pain. At one point, I expressed my concern about the lack of symmetry in my breasts. The doctor responded unprofessionally, stating that the body is not symmetrical and pointing out other imperfections in my body (mentioning that I have one eyebrow higher than the other and making comments about my nose). The doctor attempted to release some internal stitches, stretching my skin to correct the asymmetry, despite causing unbearable pain. When I expressed this, his insensitive response was, "this is like rape if you can't avoid it, enjoy it, or you have to endure it." The wound continued to not heal, and the doctor's recommendation was to remove one of the implants and keep a single implant in the other breast for approximately 8 months. I did not agree with this recommendation, and eventually, I decided to remove the implants due to persistent complications. Throughout this process, the doctor demonstrated a lack of empathy and responsibility for my situation. He did not take any responsibility for the unsatisfactory outcome and showed no interest in addressing my concerns. Nearly 10 years after the surgery, I still suffer pain in the scars and areas where I had complications. This fact highlights the negligence and lack of skill of the plastic surgeon. There are still remnants of sutures coming out of my chest. In summary, I cannot recommend this plastic surgeon in Doral, Miami, Florida. My experience was extremely negative, and I regret the decision to undergo surgery with him. I strongly advise people to conduct thorough research before undergoing any plastic surgery procedure and ensure they work with a highly qualified and licensed professional.
