I have only tried their Botox. their master injector was not good. I have one droopy eyelid . I told her my eyes are sensitive to droopiness if not injected properly. and on top of it, she was arguing with me that I am not paying enough (I was given a price quote by them in advance) She said she can't make enough with what I was paying. At first I had a good experience here. I even came back to buy another laser hair removal package (for my underarms) after noticing how well the sessions for my legs and bikini were going.. Until the tech, Emilce lazered over my tattoo!!!! Which is at least 5 inches bellow my armpit. I didn't complain.. after the burn healed, it scarred AND ruined my tattoo. am now missing a piece of my tattoo. A month later, when it was time for my next session. I texted to confirm my appointment only to find out the laser machine was broken. I wasn't contacted at all for a reschedule. After a month and a half, and trying to call this place multiple times. I was able to re-book. Now my hair growth is coming back more than before due to the almost 2 month break and they won't call me back to discuss me being burnt by the tech. I am super upset. I have texted and Called multiple times since my last visit and no response.. I was told during my last appointment that the owner would personally call to discuss this issue with me. I found this place through Groupon about 8 months ago. I had been interested in doing Microdermabrasion but was afraid of trying it because my face is very sensitive. After reading a million reviews, I decided I would give it a try, I found this place on Groupon and finally jumped the gun. This place was perfect because it's very close to home and the price was right. The first 3 sessions I did were great!! The ladies that did my treatment were very friendly, knowledgeable and listened to my concerns and gave good advice on what products I should use. I started to notice my face getting better, smoother and healthier. I was so impressed that I bought a package for 4 sessions. The second to last time I went, I found out they had moved to a new location, in the same area but a few blocks down. I noticed the ladies that had treated me before weren't there anymore. The new aesthetician was friendly, but gave me the impression that she wanted a new job, she kept asking questions about what I do for a living and how much I make, it was a little obnoxious. She also asked a lot of personal questions and wasn't as professional as the aestheticians that had treated me before. The last time I went, I arrived for my 11am appointment and there was a lady complaining to the person in the front desk because apparently they had promised a price and wanted to raise it on her last 2 sessions, so I wasn't attended until 11:30am. Once I finally went to the room, the aesthetician tried to upsell me on a different treatment and left the room claiming she was going to check the package that I got last time. When she came back she said I would have to pay $45 to get that treatment, mind you, I never even said I wanted that, so I said no thank you, to do the treatment I actually paid for, then she said she'd do the one she tried to sell me for free, because it's a much better treatment. She left again to find the tools she needed, I could hear her talking to other people and just walking around, she finally started to do my treatment at 12pm. One whole hour later. I am very dissapointed with the way this place is running since they moved location. I'm so glad I finished all the treatments I paid for, I would hate to have to go back there. read more

I've been going here a few months for microdermabrasion. I usually am seen by Emi I believe her name is. She's sweet and kind and my skin has improved a lot. Front desk is professional, the place is clean and comfortable, and I never wait more than 5 minutes for my appointments. Another thing I absolutely LOVE about this place is they never try to sell me extra products or services. Nothing is less relaxing than going to a spa and being hounded and upselled like you're in a used car dealership. I will continue to go to this place and get other services in the future. read more

I got BURNED and scarred on my tummy. The labs had high tech equipment but very inexperienced technicians using it. I bought a package of skin tightening and never knew if I was going to get lotion slapped on and a person who didn't know how to use the machine or badly burned to the point of scarring. The first time I got burned by the machine they said, oh we need to change the head on it, so foolishly I went back for another treatment and I got really burned that time. I have been a client of Lemel Spa for a while now and I absolutely LOVE that place. The staff is friendly and sweet and the estheticians are simply the BEST. I am currently doing the Lazer Hair Removal treatment and just after 4 session I have already started to see some major improvements. I've also gotten facials done with Emilse and they are excellent! Appointment was at 4pm. At 4:20pm they told me it was 20 minutes longer wait. At 4:25pm they said 10 more minutes. At 4:40pm I was still waiting. My appt was supposed to be done at 4:30pm. Completely unprofessional and rude. Should have received the treatment free. I had to pay a babysitter and parking twice as long. I arrived 10 min early to fill in paperwork ahead of time and respect their schedule, but they didn't respect patient schedule. read more

Long story short, the technician said she cannot perform the microneedling facial on somebody like me because I don't practice her specific 3 step daily moisturizer routine. She said I must use all 3 of her moisturizers, one for each layer of the skin, before I can get the facial done. Once I use all of her moisturizers I can come back. I am not quite sure how anyone could get a facial here since they have these type of rules or how this place is still in business. One of my favorite hobbies is getting different treatments at different places and I have not yet heard a speal like this one. I truly hope noone else has experienced this because it makes you feel like a monster and in going to a spa the goal should be to feel rejuvenated. Unfortunately for me I purchased this package on Groupon and have lost $219 because I will not be going back. Unfortunately for Lemel Med Spa, i work in the bar/night club industry in Miami where i have influence on beauty needs and I will advise all of my peers in the business on the nonsense that goes on here. read more
