This place is truly horrible. I paid tons for lip augmentation and Botox that made me look like a monster. The doctor massaged it (everyone quite nervous when they saw what they had done to me) and in less than a week it had gone away, which tells you about the quality of what they inject. But after all of it, they charged full price and never had the decency to return money they had not only not earned, but that caused me harm. And on top of it, they fought tooth and nail to hold me to a monthly club plan that I wasn't going to use. No remorse at all, never an apology. Just nervous asking how I was feeling or doing. Seriously, you can do much better than this place. They are money first, quality of care maybe. If I can find the photos, I will post them. BEWARE of this place. Messy with appointments, not honoring prices. Overworked employees that are overwhelmed and frustrated and at the brink of tears. I went in for juvederm and the physician's assistant punctured a vein that had me bleeding excessively not to mention how much it hurt! They don't really measure for symmetry like in other places. Juvederm is treated like an after-thought. Don't go to a laser place for juvederm, avoid making the same mistake I did. I had a nasty bruise for 10 days! Also, I don't think they change the sheets from the beds between clients. At least they didn't change them when I went. They rushed me and the two clients after me to hurry up in and out without proper customer service so I doubt they cleaned because the lady came outside with me and took the other client straight in. I don't think it's anyone specifically but from experience at other places, this location needs a lot of work. It might be because of the holidays, but beware! read more

Upon entering the establishment the staff is friendly, the business is clean and their equipment is top of the line. VIP Laser makes their clients feel welcome and comfortable. The best medspa in Miami, hands down. The entire staff is so professional and highly trained, they have all of their licenses and years of experience hung up on the wall which I think is super cool. I began coming here in August of 2020, recommended to me by a good friend who has been getting work done from here for about 6 months prior. I decided to join the VIP membership because it was a great price and I could get laser done once a month. At the time they also had a promo to get a small area done at no extra charge. At first they were pretty good. Very nice and very responsive when it came to booking appointments and answering questions. I had Jessica doing my laser and she, from the very beginning until my last visit, was so professional and so sweet. She is the best!!! The service that the front desk provided however began to decline quickly. The women working in the front started giving me attitude when I would call to reschedule or to ask a question regarding membership/services. I was told in order to cancel my membership I had to let them know 60 days in advance. I tried contacting them, left messages which I never received a call back for. I ended up having to text them several times (they are not good about answering those either) in order to get someone to confirm that I was canceling my membership in two months. Finally I get someone to confirm with me while I was at the spa and they let me know they will tell Eli. Last night I received an email asking me to fill out a credit card authorization form so they can process my next payment. And this is after speaking to several different people about me canceling my membership. I'm not sure what has happened in the last few months to cause such a shift in customer service but I hope they can get it together. read more

I had a terrible experience here. The doctor that did my lips was very cold. I've done my lips several times and it's never hurt. The procedure here was very painful. While undergoing the procedure the doctor admitted to making a mistake .. I had a huge blood bubble on the inside of my lip. I purchased Groupon deal of IPL laser treatment. Although I avoided paying the fine print frees paying over the phone, I have used 2 of 3 treatments. First treatmeant was light with no results. The 2nd treatment was a bit higher in stregth. I did feel this one. I also had some minor scabbibg as this is normal. I am only ratings 3 stars since I have seen tiny results. I can say the staff was accommodating. She is very friendly. They are open late evenings. I hope I can update my review with better positive words in the near future. read more

Omg I can't express myself enough , this place it's totally a mess . Please girls don't get any facial treatment at this place . The owner is very nice but her employees sucks literally . I got Botox , plasma on my face and fillers under eyes , they sell me some other filler that cannot be put under my eyes I didn't know that until I get to my appointment , they couldn't do it but in the other hand the nurse practitioner was saying that it was fine , they were back and forward like my face was a toy instrument . After that, they call me several time to ask me the same question but different people . This means they don't get along or they communications with each other sucks . I finally got the under eyes filler and it was a disaster I have lumps under my eyes now , they don't look even and it's so ugly I can't explain . I'm so disappointment . They told me that I had to get back in 2 weeks for follow up , when I was making my next appointments the nurse practitioner basically couldn't go any days. You pay for what you get! Yes they have the cheapest lasers and other procedures. And Yes you WILL get burned and scared bc of it. They don't give a single crap about the welfare of their clients. They have u sign your life away before touching you so that when they permanently scar you MULTIPLE times there isn't much you can do about it. I don't know where they get their techs from but they are so highly UNDER educated about what theyre doing that it makes me wonder if they ever went to school or got a license from it. BOTH times that I was burned and scared (2 totally different procedures) I myself tried to warn the tech bc there were BASIC things even I KNEW just being a patron. For starters I've always been told that you cannot have lotion on for laser hair removal bc it will act like cooking oil and burn your skin. Before the woman started to laser my face I told her I had lotion on and needed to wash my face she said "no you don't" and proceeded to start lasering my FACE when all I asked her to do was my upper lip (they don't speak English and pretend to know what you're saying and then put you at risk). She proceeded to shoot the laser DIRECTLY at the corner of my EYE! And the tissue she had over my eye caught fire! I got burned under my EYE when she was supposed to be lasering my LIP! Someone please help me figure that out! Then on a separate occasion they Reccomended another laser to rid cellulite and I told her the laser was progressively becoming too hot as the gel she was using was drying up and that she needed to add more. Again a different tech told me I was wrong and then 2 mins later pinched and SEVERELY burned and scared my upper pelvic region so now it looks like I had a c section when I've never had a child. This place then takes ZERO accountability for their faults and the MOST you will get is a "sorry" while they continue to let other customers come in and suffer. You cannot trust these ppl. It's sad bc laser shouldn't be more than what they charge but that shouldn't come at the price of getting burned by inexperienced techs. They should be ashamed! Stay away! read more
