I felt like he was honest in his recommendations and I felt comfortable with the product that he chose to use would be safe for my young family and pet. Incredible customer service -- and I appreciate that in between visits they will come back out if needed for free to reinspect if you see any bugs. Our first visit was less than $100 so I feel like that's a great value, considering that he walked the entire perimeter of our home with a broom and checked every nook and cranny luckily he only found two spider webs. No upselling like others on a monthly subscription fee. 1-year guarantee. This was the only company that had a guarantee: "All Greenleaf services are guaranteed! If you have any problems in between your regular scheduled visits" give them a call. Quote by phone to schedule an inspection. Pricing was fair. Email and phone followup on scheduling and final outcome of treatment. Will use Greenleaf Pest Control again. So far; so good with December 2025 treatment.

Horrible communication paired with entitlement is insane. they breached contract by not showing during the initially scheduled time and thought I was supposed to drop everything to go home. Then, no one showed up for their termite treatment that was supposed to happen a couple of days later. To make it worse, they lied about providing the service. Our gates and garage are not accessible due to the number of dogs we have. There is not even a possibility of them getting past the side gat to do any aspect of the service. They are essentially scamming me out of over $600.00 after not ever completing a service and have begun making threats. At this point, I'm going to let it play out legally and have ceased all contact. Seriously, beware. They are going out of their way to leach as much money off of people as possible without actually having to do any work.
