Just flew Avelo from Wilmington, DE to San Juan, Puerto Rico. They failed to put our luggage on the flight due to some "mechanical issue" with the plane. We arrived on a Wednesday and were informed only after arriving in San Juan. We were told we'd have our luggage the next day or Friday at the latest. Now we just received an email stating our luggage won't come until the following Monday. We have a group of 12 people arriving to volunteer for a week to build roofs here in Puerto Rico on Saturday and we need our luggage immediately to lead the group. This is the worst airline I've ever experienced. No direct line to communicate. Have to send an email to try to get a response. read more
