He looked at the oven, did his tests and said "before I pit in the part, I am going to try to do something so you don't have to pay for the part". Took apart the bottom part of the oven worked some magic and BAM! We have fire at bake setting. Only charged me for the service fee. Really knowledgeable individual. Does what he can to make sure there are other options than just replacing parts. He could have easily put in a new part and charged me for it. Appreciate his honesty. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service.
