It was a very calm and relaxing experience and was a must-have for my wedding, and it really paid off doing it. The reason this is only getting 3 stars is because of my second facial. I went in just for a normal facial with no additions. I get to check out, and there are 2 additions to my facial (+$120 on top of facial). I never added it. So I'm just a bit annoyed about it and I don't think I'll come back due to that since I was never told I was gonna be given these extras nor did the lady doing my facial ask me if I would want them done/why she would recommend them. They just did it and charged me.
