I really like how Helen is so careful with installing the style that I want and even helped me thru any tape irritations. Overall, great customer service~ She even plays relaxing music so the entire hour didn't feel too long. Plus her shop has nice turquoise blue decor and it is very clean. The WORST and most painful lash experience i've ever had. i was just trying to find my forever lash tech close to where i live and her work seemed promising so i gave her a chance. I got my lashes done 2 days before my birthday and not even 24 hours after i got them done they instantly started falling and the glue that she used dried up insanely hard on my natural lashes. Let me mention that when i messaged her about this issue she said that it was probably the new glue that she used bc other customers also had the same bad experience? Just like a previous customer said, she didn't take the time necessary on my eyelashes. she simply layered a fan of lashes on like 3 of my natural lashes and so close to my waterline, so you can only imagine that multiple of my natural lashes are falling with the fake ones. NOW I LITERALLY HAVE NO LASHES. Not only that, since my lashes turned very hard bc of the glue they literally look like spider legs. She couldn't give me an appointment to get them fixed so i suggested a refund bc the lashes and experience weren't worth what she charged me. She then started going off on me and she said that she was going to give me 50% refund and that we were done, i then questioned her bc i couldn't believe how unprofessional she was being as i was the one that had the bad experience and not once was i rude to her. She then sent me a screenshot that she refunded me and she put as the refund name "Refund Con Dien" which is a saying in Vietnamese which means, "crazy b*tch". Now i'm blocked on instagram and It seems like she's done this exact thing to previous customers. Even if you claim to be doing lashes for "7 plus years" that doesn't mean that you can't make mistakes. read more

Bottom line up front: I had to use an eyelash curler the day after a lash lift. They fell flat over the course of the next 12 hours. It does seem like false lashes are her thing and if you're looking for that, you're likely in good hands. Besides that, Helen is very accommodating and friendly. I was surprise to see how nice the salon suites were, and her suite is very cute with beautiful flowers decoration.
