I came once a month for 3 months and by the second time, I was already blown away by the improvement in my skin texture, overall smoothness and vibrancy! Since leaving Las Vegas, I was looking for a salon that did lash extensions (as good as what I had--or better...I am VERY picky about my lash extensions, and I have had them for approximately three years), and I was beginning to doubt that I would be able to find something comparable. I was beginning to wonder if I might have to commute to every three weeks for my one vice...lash extensions. I stumbled upon F5 Lash Studio on Yelp, and decided to try ..one...last...time...and hit it outta the park! Helen is absolutely wonderful! My lashes are thick and full once again--and she applied mink extensions (without my asking, and they are the same price as silk) that are beautiful. She was very receptive to my requests (long lashes--but they HAVE to look real), very gentle, and very fast (in fact, during my first fill, I wondered if my extensions would last as long as she said). Don't get me wrong, I will ALWAYS hold a special place in my extension-loving heart for my former lash extension-ista, but HELEN is every bit as good. I have had two fills here, and both times, I leave with beautiful, soft, realistic looking lashes (sorry, no go-go lashes here!). I have had no pain, tenderness or problems with the extensions as my lashes grow out, and, dare I say, I think they last longer than my extensions did. As if that weren't enough, I went to the wrong location and was late to my second appointment, and HELEN was still able to accommodate me. On my first appointment, after she removed and corrected the mistakes from my last extension application, she only charged me for a fill, and we both knew she should have charged me for a full set. Had my eyelashes done today for the first time . i was anxious and excited only because i was never really a fan of lash extionsion until i seen them on a lady at my nail shop. they were so natural and still noticeble. Finally asked her about them and she referred me to F5 Lash Studio. Making an appointment was easy and they fit me right in. so there was no long wait. i received a confirmation text and appointment reminder. I met Helen , she is also Business owner, she explained the difference in lashes and answered all my questions. i went with the classic look . The process was so much easier and comfortable then i expected. I wear contracts so i expected inmediate irritation and dryness. I had neither. I fell asleep and woke up to amazing results. Helen explained that my lashes were more sparse and thin than she initially thought so she had to change the appication up and add some volume where she could. so the results i had were most likely the fullest i would be able to get because i didnot have much to work with. but I was not disappointed with the results. i absolutely love them. they are full. natural looking yet noticable and lightweight. The last 2 times she wasn't very friendly but I figured that maybe she was having a bad day. At the end of my appointment today we booked my next appointment (right before a vacation so it was important that they look good). Tonight she commented on Venmo that she needs to cancel our appointment and that I need to find another lash artist. This was completely unexpected as I have been a regular, loyal customer and just this week had given her name to someone who commented on my lashes. Disappointing!

I contacted Hannah at 5pm via text and dms on Instagram. No response. I figured she forgot. No, she didn't. She went ahead and blocked me when I tried to message her again the next day about the booking. I want my money back from ClassPass but also I think this will be a good learning curve for her as she has a no show cancellation policy but the no shows her clients. Rude and so unprofessional. I'd give -8 stars if I could.
