I'm so glad I found Lucy's Lashes! I called to make a same-day appointment and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to accommodate me right away. The process was smooth, and I even had enough time to enjoy my lunch beforehand. I also received a discount, which was a nice bonus! Service: Everyone was polite, welcoming, and attentive to my needs. I truly appreciated how kind and professional the staff was throughout my visit. Quality: I absolutely love the quality of the work! You can tell they take pride in what they do, and I left very happy with my lashes. Vibe: The salon is small, cozy, comfortable, clean, and inviting. I literally fell asleep during my appointment--that's how comfortable and relaxed I was! I also really appreciate that the pricing menu is clearly displayed. It makes things so much easier, especially when visiting a business for the first time and wanting to know exactly what services and prices are available. Thank you, Lucy's Lashes, for the wonderful service and welcoming experience. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit! read more

I have visited Lucy's lashes on three different occasions and I have been very happy every single time. I choose to make my appointment with Lucy, but everyone at the salon does a very nice job! I choose a natural look. The lashes look great and last a solid two weeks even after I can get away with the third week . read more

The new location is cramped and unpleasant. The former HB location was lovely and clients had some semblance of privacy. Now the cots are shoved up against walls, end-to-end in an area about 80% smaller. While I love my technician, the reverberating techno music from the hair place next doors clashes with the too-loud piano-plinking sounds overlaid with chirping birds and running waters played here. Parking is limited. read more

Great service and they did a g great job on my lashes, just how I wanted them. Will definitely go back. read more

I get nothing but compliments whenever I walk out of this serene, lovely lash salon. The lash technicians and customer service are excellent, and I fall into a dream state every time I get my lashes done. What blows my mind is how long my extensions last. Even after a week of swimming in the ocean and rocking mascara, those gorgeous lashes just won't quit! (You're not supposed to wear mascara on those lash extensions, but I do sometimes.) Lucy's Lashes is truly amazing! Also they have unbeatable prices. read more

I have had my lashes done at many different salons in the area and I am blown away with Lucy's Lashes. Every single aspect of this lash salon is top notch. During my first visit, I walked into the clean salon and was greeted by a very sweet receptionist. She had me sign paperwork then helped me decide which lash style and shape best fits my face. I have never been given this option at any other salon so this was a huge plus! The receptionist was super helpful with choosing which style fit my eyes best, a combination of rainbow and "sexy". She then leads me to a large room with multiple beds. There is calm music playing and a few other clients getting their lashes done as well. She walks me to one of the beds and informs the lash tech of what style we chose and has me lay down. The environment is so clean, comfortable, and relaxing! The service took about 1.5 hours. The overall experience was great, but what I love most about this place is their lashes stay on longer than any other salon I have been to. Usually by the 3rd or 4th week, most of my lashes are gone. They must use some type of magical glue at Lucy's because my lashes still look good by the 4th week. My original plan was to just have my lashes done before a vacation, but I just keep coming back month after month because they are so darn good at what they do! They even make sure to jot down which shape they last did so every time I go in, they already know what to do. You really can't beat this type of service and quality. read more

I've been to many many places to get my eyelash extension but eventually I always come back to Lucy's. Their lashes is so comfortable and it last for a very long time. When it does fall off, it falls off evenly without looking ridiculous. Other places by the 4th week my lashes are all clump together and uncomfortable but not Lucy's lashes, the 4th week is still comfortable and still look light and natural. Thank you Lucy's lashes for making me feel beautiful and for having me feel like a new person every service. read more

The BEST eyelash extensions I ever had . High quality in everything. Highly recommend .

Lucia is the best and the prices are a bit expensive but she's worth it if you want great natural lashes that last so long

They did suuuuuch a great job and it didn't take long at all. My whole face was transformed! I even fell asleep for a little bit, Lucia was so gentle. Knocked a star because I came in and asked if they do any discounts for first timers or had any promos and they said no but when I checked yelp afterwards there was a promo. Not sure where the disconnect was. I'm in LA so this place is a bit far from me, but will def be back when I'm in the area! read more

Amazing amazing amazing literally the best I've tried 5 others and they never had the same client care and service as well as perfect cat eye application look even my low maintenance mother is obsessed.. if your looking for the best lashes in Huntington Beach Lucy's is your one stop destination! Lucy did an incredible job on my lashes. I was so pleased with how they turned out. It's been a week now and they still look fabulous! The location is very calming and like a spa. It's peaceful and very clean. The soft music is relaxing. When I first arrived, I was shown several options of lashes to determine which style I wanted. The woman at the front was very kind and helped me decide. I highly recommend this location and was extremely pleased with their service. read more

I am so disappointed in this place. I paid a lot of money to get a FULL set of lashes for an upcoming trip. Not only were they not full, they were uneven! When I returned after looking in my car mirror the woman at the front tried to tell me it was because of my eye shape! They added more lashes witch still did not look full. I had to go to another place to fix them and pay ANOTHER $100 plus. I was so disappointed. I don't think these techs no what they are doing or the woman at the front tells them what she thinks you should have. Never going back!! What a waste of money read more

I have been getting my lashes done for 4 years so this isn't my first rodeo. I am actually allergic to the regular glue so every time I get a fill, I have to deal with intense allergy issues such as runny nose/stopped up nose and itchy/watery eyes. My allergies can get so bad that I am miserable for two days, unable to breathe, and usually have to sit in a room with a humidifier. I decided to try Lucy's Lashes because they have the special glue for individuals like me that are allergic to the regular glue. I have had these lashes on for a week now and I am still incredibly happy. I have not had an allergy attack at all, they are light and comfortable, and they are beautiful. I am so happy! I haven't been this comfortable with lashes in years! Thank you!! read more

I got my lashes filled today by Julie. Amazing!! I love them!! Lucia is who I normally go to, but she wasn't in today. All of the ladies do an amazing job! I've been going to Lucy's for months after I tried 2 other places. The prices are great and the salon is quiet and charming. The front desk ladies are always so sweet and they know me when I come in. They text me to remind me of my appointments and I text them when I need to schedule an appointment. Very convenient!!. I love Lucy's! read more

This review is overdue. First, my most recent experience with Lucy's lashes let me know how much they value my satisfaction as a customer. I greatly appreciate this. I visited this location quite a few times in the past few months. This was due to a bit of miscommunication when I initially visited but also because they ensured I came back until I was pleased with my lashes. Aside from that, the ambiance, cleanliness and serenity of this facility are so comforting. I'm looking forward to my next appointment. Regularly getting lash extensions is such a simple but effective beauty enhancement. Thank you so much ladies for your service and hospitality! read more

I absolutely love Lucy's lashes! This is the best place ever gotten high eyelash extensions. They are very kind and courteous, they listen and make sure they understand what I wanted, it is very clean and relaxing. I've had Lashes put on at other places but my eyes always itch and fell out fast. Even the one time when I was not completely happy and I called they said come back in and will fix it and they did. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend them. Give them a try you won't be disappointed!! read more

Please DO NOT waste your time and come here. I should've ignored the red flags when they asked you to PAY and leaving a tip first BEFORE the service (they claim that they were closing soon when i walked in at 5:15pm even though they close at 6:30pm) The area is clean but when i asked them to give me long at the ends TWICE and yet the end result i got was more of a dolly, rainbow looking. The lash tech I got was really uncommunicative (did the say a single word) about anything. Really unprofessional. read more

I really like the service there , they are so clean and professional and I love my lashes it's natural and stayed 2 month with me.

I researched for several days, before contacting Lucys lashes. I sent a message asking when I might be able to come in, I immediately got a response. I was already impressed with the customer service on the phone....and then I showed up for the appointment! This is the most professional business I have ever dealt with. From start to finish I was so impressed. Anna did my lashes, and I can not express what a great experience this was. I was so relaxed, I kept falling asleep!! I love my lashes. I have not worn makeup since I got them, don't need to! I get compliments everywhere I go!! Thank you Lucys lashes!! You really have a great thing going! I am a loyal customer and recommend you to anyone I can!! read more
