I had an amazing experience getting my lashes lifted by Jax! I'm extremely satisfied with how natural and pretty my lashes look. Her studio is clean and cozy. Her chair is comfortable to lay on which made the entire appointment felt relaxing. Jax herself is very friendly and professional. She took her time with my lashes to make sure they turn out perfect. I highly recommend getting your lashes done by her. I will definitely come back! read more

I had never got my lashes done, prior to visiting Jax. I was a bit nervous since I tend to have sensitive eyes that water easily. She explained everything she was doing and made sure I was calm. Absolutely love them! read more

I love my lift and tint! Will definitely be coming back! Studio is nice with AC and comfy chair. Definitely would recommend.

INCREDIBLE! Long overdue review; I'm only reiterating what others have already spoken about -- Jax is amazing and SUCH a sweetheart. The studio is cozy + comfortable, and Jax makes you feel so welcome. From my first appointment we clicked and I have been a loyal client since - I've finally found my forever lash artist! She is so thoughtful and it shows in her work, everything from the heated blanket to putting on my favorite music proves how dedicated she is to providing a great experience. One thing I want to touch on is her TECHNIQUE! There is something about Jax's special lift that is perfect for my ultra-sensitive eyes. I have had horrific experiences before with lash lifts at other places (hint hint: the not-so-amazing lash chain) where tears have been streaming down my face during the appointment because of how my eyes reacted. I have never had that with any of my lash lifts at LFT CLB. Not only that, but Jax has somehow coaxed my stubborn lashes to last at LEAST six weeks. The results are beautiful and well worth what she charges. Fair warning: once you try a lift from Jax, you'll be forever hooked ;) Thank you Jax for your impeccable service and lovely aura! read more

Everytime I'm home I always make a point to see Jax! Nobody does lash lifts like her. I've tried other places in the past and they just never come out as good. Also the vibe she curates while getting your lashes done is so relaxing! I always come out feeling like I just went to to the spa. Could not recommend more!! read more

Jax is truly a sweet and knowledgeable lash tech. I have been going to her over the years and will say she takes the time to meticulously place every lash beautifully. Jax at LFT CLB is a true lash lift artist. Her meticulous approach to lash lifts is unmatched. Having tried various procedures elsewhere, I can confidently say that Jax's skillset is the best out there. She customizes each lift to your eye shape, resulting in a flattering, natural look. The lift lasts impressively long, and don't feel heavy on the eyes like lash extensions would. Jax's studio design at Pacific City is soothing to be in, and the plush beds add to the comfort. The studio at Pac City is such a convenient and fun location. Get your lashes done, get a coffee, and bask in the sun on the steps looking out at the ocean. Ive been doing lash extensions for about 5 years now and never cared much about lash lifts until I saw Jax's profile on Instagram. Immediately I was like "I have to take her course!" Her lifts are seriously the highest I've ever come across. I signed up for her private course in Orange County. Drove there all the way from San Diego because that's how good she is and it was so worth it! This is coming from someone who literally knew NOTHING about lash lifts. I learned so much from Jax. Her techniques and professionalism is unmatched. Fast forward to 7 weeks later my lifts look like I've been doing them for years. All it took was to jump in and take the Mile High Course. Worth the investment FORSURE. My business Naziya Lash has been thriving ever since! read more

Everyone is so nice and helpful and my lashes are always the cutest. (lash lift) Its a very welcoming environment. 10/10!!!!

When you want to be the best, you have to get trained by the best. I waited so long (out of our control) to be trained by Jax and it was definitely worth the wait! I did a Private 1:1 Training and it helped me elevate my business and technique so much. Jax helped me correct my technique, gave me tips and tricks I never knew I needed, and literally guided my hands as I worked to make sure I got the movements down. Even now, Jax is easily accessible and always answers my questions. I'll send her pics and she's able to tell me how I can correct my future lifts. She evens sends me clients because she trusts my work. What mentor does that? Only the best! Jax is a must-have as a trainer and mentor. Thank you for everything lash mama! Listen, I didn't know what a good lash lift was until I made an appt with Jax. I've gotten a lash lift 3-4 times before this, and I've been told my lashes are stubborn, but I always come out with so-so results where the curl isn't very dramatic or my lashes aren't matching from one eye to another. At the very least, the lifts made it easier for my eyelashes to stay curled after I used a curler so I convinced myself that the lifts were worth it. Then I went to Jax and I realized I was convincing myself to SETTLE! I left with a major curl, and since I visited her in April, I haven't had to use my curler AT ALL and I can actually still apply eyeliner. The other lash lifts I had lifted my eyelash right from the root which made it difficult to apply liner. Idk how she does it but Jax gave me the biggest curl and somehow I can still put eyeliner on??? Bonkers. It is a little pricey but a lift with Jax is worth it, she's amazing. I'm only giving 4 stars because the lashes on my left eye are still more curled than the right, but I'm absolutely coming back because I know this could just be an issue with my stubborn lashes and I'm confident Jax can fix it! read more

Left was great and she took e tea care to make sure the lashes didn't get hooked into the lid of my lazy eye

So... I was blessed enough to be selected as a lash lift model for one of Jax's legendary courses. I was prompted of my selection, what to expect, and even texted beforehand about my pre-care guidelines by her assistant a day in advance. She made sure I knew to not drink coffee, and to come with a bare face as to get the best results! From the moment I was booked, when I arrived, and when I left, Jax and her team was nothing short of amazing, thorough and informative. Long story short-- my lashes have NEVER looked better. I made sure to pick up the Keratin Serum (created by Jax herself), and it's absolutely AMAZING. Sitting in the chair & being able to observe her class in person.. I can say she provides so much value, intention & knowledge for each one of her clients and students. I do not have the skill or know how for this industry... but damn did I want to sign up for her next course after witnessing her education style and articulate technique in action! Truly the BESTEST & sweetest out there. Thank you jax!!! read more

I love this place, the fact that was in Pacific City made it so fun for me when I arrived a tad bit too early. I browsed around and was then greeted by the welcoming receptionist. Toria was so sweet! Jax is an amazing mentor! Detail-oriented, super friendly & very encouraging on social media! My business is Mayne Beautyy where I love all things beauty from threading to lashes, facials and lifts! I wanted to join her class to expand in my services and provide more than lash extensions for my clients. Back in June 2021 is when I trained with a group in Chinatown, Honolulu. Her mile high technique has helped my business to have clients feel confident with their natural features and love how easy it is to wake up with lifted lashes! I have been searching for someone for a lash lift and an eyebrow lamination. Jax OC is the best salon I have ever been to for many reasons. First, it is a very comfortable peaceful atmosphere. Second, Jax is amazing, sweet, and listens to all your concerns. Lastly, my results are amazing and I can literally wake up and leave without makeup if I wanted to. My lash lift came out amazing and the eyebrow lamination softened and straightened my crazy thick unruly eyebrows. So now all i use is some eyebrow gel quickly and I am done! If anyone is hesitating, just do it. The services themselves were pain free and easy and Jax is so sweet and amazing at what she does. read more

I've known Jax for a couple of years and when she asked me to be a model for one of her new team members, Toria, I knew I couldn't pass up some time with my favorite lash lift queen and be introduced to an amazing new artist! Toria was so sweet, kind, and super professional. She absolutely killed my lash lift and eyebrow lamination + tint. I've never had either of them done and Toria absolutely made me fall in love! I've been to Jax a few times now and am always so happy with the results! My lashes are normally stick straight and can never hold a curl. But Jax's lash lift brings them to life! She does such a great job at making the lashes look naturally lifted and tinted (literally to the point where I get random compliments from ppl). And each time I come back my lashes look fuller & longer than before. Jax also plays chill music during the session which creates a nice ambience and puts me to sleep lol. I've been doing lash lifts for about 2 years now and I've always wanted to learn from Jax. I found her on IG a few years prior to offering the service and I was always so blown away how consistent and lifted her lash lifts were. So when she announced she was coming to town I signed up immediately and I'm so glad I did! Jax truly cares about her students and wants her students to succeed. Her products (included in class kits) are amazing and high quality. I learned so much more in that 8hr class than I have in the two years I've been lifting. My name is Gabrielle Luna and I own a Lash Extension and now Lash Lift Salon in Santa Barbara, California called Custom Built Lash Co. I wanted to expand my service menu from only extensions to lash lifts and brow laminations and I was referred to Jax from a friend and fellow lash artist. I took a private Mile High™ Lash Lifting course in Orange County with Jax. I'll be honest and say I didn't really know what to expect. I knew the training would be an investment for my business but never would I have thought that Jax would be so amazing even after our training was over. As far as the actual training, I spent a full day with her and I was able to learn lash theory, I got full kit and we had not one, but two models! The first model, she did a demonstration that I was able to take pictures, notes and videos while she explained what she was doing and why. The second model, I did the lift with her close supervision and very little guidance. I felt confident enough to do it this way just by watching her demo. Jax is such an amazing instructor and I am so very grateful to have trained with the best of the best. The training also wasn't strictly technique training. I learned so much about business, selling retail, setting prices, and making the most out of my products. I left with a training manual which is so nice to physically have at the salon as well as a full product list with links! Having her ongoing mentorship has been so wonderful. I really look up to her, she's an awesome teacher, amazing business woman AND mom. Seeing her work as much as she does and train other lash artists atound the world is so inspiring and it actually pushed me to get into Lash Extension training as well. I will 100% say that Jax and her training have changed my life and career. It's nice to know that I not only got my money's worth and also gained an amazing friend out of this experience. Thank you, Jax! read more
