Derek recommended we use tile for that part of the floor and they swapped it out at no cost. The tile install also turned out really nice. I'm appreciative of all their help and will be using them again when we add an addition to our house.

They also had some hardwood and fake hardwood available as well. When walking in we were not really greeted. I didn't understand we had to go get our temperature taken first and had walked over to go look at tile. So found out after the fact. It was a little bit awkward. The lady then pointed out the tile to us and let us do our thing. I didn't find the people working there at the time to be overly friendly. They were not unfriendly or rude. Just not really warm and welcoming. The selection of tile was relatively small. We did manage to find one thing we liked but as we were just getting going we took note of the price and the item numbers. It was a little more money than we had been hoping to pay. We said we would come back though if we ended up deciding on the tile from them.
