I only gave this a one star due to how we ended up and were treated by this company's restoration…read moreteam. My insurance company called Servpro to come out to our home to inspect the damage done by our water heater. They came out as soon as they could and started the drying process. It took roughly a week to dry it out. They then disassemble and trashed our bathroom vanity and counter top due to the water damage, they also cut out the areas of drywall that needed to be replaced. This completed the first stage. We were happy with every employee that came into our home. They truly made us believe that they were concerned about doing everything top-notched. We like them so much that we were set up to have the repairs done by their restoration team. When the restoration inspector, Clint came in, he was encouraging and left us believing we were in good hands. He said he would work with my insurance company and attempt to get us more money than they wanted to pay out. (Insurance did not want to pay out as much as was needed to fix all the problem areas.) About 3 week of not hearing back, I began calling Clint to see where we were. I got through to him on the first call. He asked me to allow him to advocate for us, again making us believe he was going to get the best payout from the insurance company (again...that didn't want to give us enough to cover most of the damage). This is where business turned bad. After not hearing from him again for a long stretch of time I phoned him again. Left a message and waited for his call only to be ghosted, a few days later again no call back, then again ,then again and then a fifth time. I was able to voice my concerns to 2 other employees that said they would leave a message for him also. To one of the employees I even asked if this job was still something that they were interested in and he assured me they were. After 2 month of my house being turned upside-down, I am beyond frustrated, upset and highly disappointed. I would not recommend the restoration team to anyone looking to get a job done. When a business does not call you back they are not a business worth dealing with. There are a lot of other companies willing to do the work in a timely manner or at the least will inform you what they can or cannot do.

They were fully advised of the situation before dispatch, but arrived unprepared regarding equipment. They spent 3 1/2 hours here and then told me their boss had redirected them to another job. They left me "high and wet" even as a plumber was finishing up mitigation efforts. The next day they were not able to return, they just called about returning. We cancelled involvement with them at this point and spent the next couple of days removing the water manually with a shop vacuum. To add insult to injury in this scam, they charged my $1,483 for 3 1/2 hours work. Only one person was working and two were randomly supervising. Clearly an exorbitant wage for a poor result. I can only advise anyone considering ServPro to run the other way. You are about to get hustled!

I had my home unfortunately flood in my basement during Cheyenne's storm that flooded my street,…read moreyard and driveway, and then my basement. Already an immensely stressful situation and my insurance saying they don't cover it, I had to flounder to find a cost effective way to figure out how to be as responsible as possible in drying up the water and mitigating further damage. Servpro came out and gave me a $4000 dollar estimate and there is just no way I can afford that as a single mom teacher. So cue me looking desperately for big fans, and then going all around town looking for dehumidifiers. I'm standing at menards beat down morally, physically, and emotionally wondering if the $179 dehumidifier would be big enough to do what I need it to do and then wondering how the heck I'm going to store it. Then the heavens thankfully had the woman (im sorry I don't remember her name) from service master call right in that desperate moment and tell me about the option to just rent their equipment, including an industrial sized dehumidifier much bigger than the one I was about to buy. Make no mistake it's not cheap, but vastly more affordable than anything else I could get comparable to get the job done. I am usually very hesitant about businesses but I've been very impressed with service master from the first phone call. Ryan came out promptly afterwards and set up the fans and dehumidifier, was reassuring and answered my questions, and was very knowledgeable. And their fans were only $25 a day as opposed to Servpro's rental charge of I believe it was $79 for just a fan. So I am grateful to this company's professionalism, promptness and fairness in pricing. They have made a very stressful situation a bit less stressful. Great job service master. I usually do not write reviews but I had to come give kudos from my experience with this company.

When I had a concern, they addressed it immediately and made sure I was satisfied with the resolution. Being home alone with my kids and having unfamiliar men in my home is sometimes very uncomfortable. This was not. Every team member was a gentlemen, respectful and great with my kids. We ran into some red tape during the insurance process and they stepped in to help even coming to my home to walk through some paperwork with me. Above and beyond. Thank you All Phase!

The HOA is responsible for all the siding, etc and so I have no choice but to have All Phase complete/correct work started on my patio. The owner wrote down what needed to be corrected, and he knew I was not happy with the fact different people have worked on my small patio. Not only that, but the HOA has to constantly email them to find out why there were delays. They don't keep you updated as you would expect a responsible company would do. Last week I emailed the HOA to find out when they would be back out. They had to email All Phase, as usual and Thursday morning a crew I knew was back and I was happy. They had done some work on my patio about a month ago and were wonderful. Apparently, they were there to work on the building itself and thank heavens they used all the siding All Phase left in our parking area since before summer. The original job they did on the siding of the building was not properly so they had to do the building again. Wouldn't you think they would order enough siding to redo the building? Nope. I found out that some of the delay was the fact it took so long to get it. This has been an ongoing excuse/problem they claim. Now, when the owner was here about 2 weeks ago, he was shown what needed to be done on my patio and the building itself. To be honest, I don't believe anything anyone from that company says. I moved back into my condo last February. They have known all summer they had to redo the siding on the whole building. They should have known how much siding needed to be ordered. Where is the pride of a job well done? Obviously, customer satisfaction is not a priority. I was thinking that since they couldn't produce a signed contract as to the date when they would have the work completed, maybe they could complete it whenever they got around to it. We have a new HOA and they are keeping an eye on this problem. Thank heavens the "project manager" from All Phase hasn't been on this project for more than a month. But as the saying goes, I feel we have gone "from the frying pan into the fire". I understand All Phase does a wonderful job with water mitigation, but when it comes to construction, they need to find a good, reliable crew and a project manager who knows something about construction or just stop taking on construction jobs. Potential customers need to be aware of their lack of communication with customers and make sure they have a project who is responsible, knowledgeable and is capable of doing a proper inspection when the job is finished. I wonder when All Phase will have the crew come back. I am not going to hold my breath, are you???
