Expensive, yes charged nearly $300 for 20 minute valve change Quality 50/50, needed the valve changed on tub faucet, I know how to do it, pulled the screws but the calcium deposit were too bad to pull the handle, I didn't want to dent up the hardware with a home fix, so call Windsor plumbing, again they showed up on time, did the repair and left, leaving the screws I pulled right on the tub edge. It is not hard to put the screws back took me all of 5 minutes, but for 300.00 you think they would have completed the job. read more

Would not recommend. They lack experience and knowledge. They charged a lot of money and couldn't even fix the two major problems I was having. They of course dismissed my suggestion, which would have solved one the problems, but they lack the experience and knowledge to know that. I have since learned that other problem I was having could have been fixed with a $16 item from Amazon. When I called Hillary to discuss my frustration, she faked that we had a bad connection. So I hung up, called again, as I knew she was there as she had just answered, but she chose not to answer. So I left a message, and I never heard back. I am over the moon at the amazing job he did and for stepping in when the previous plumber not only had no clue, but lied, took my money and left things a mess and not to mention came to work drinking alcohol at 9:00 am. That would explain him leaving, not returning, saying he fell asleep and making excuses over several days. I had Walker Plumbing out about 2 years ago to put a new faucet in my kitchen. On Tuesday, the faucet started leaking and I called Walker to come out and fix the leak. They arrived this morning promptly at about 830 and quickly resolved the issue -- they performed the work quickly and when I went to pay - they told me there was no charge. They said that they were already in the neighborhood, I was an exsiting customer, and it was an easy fix. Wow -- in this day and age, this type of service is so rare. I also called Walker Plumbing their estimate $300 - $500 so of course I went with Walker. When the job was done Walker actually charged me $189 for the work. Walker came in under their estimate! This is actually the second job I've had them do and now I have found my permanent plumber choice. He and his nephew did the needed work and made sure everything was clean afterwards. I also asked him about work the other plumber said needed to be done and he totally disagreed and that it was not necessary. The plumber for Walker is a master plumber and knows what he is talking about. How often do you meet a business that does not try to sell you unnecessary work? I have decided to take legal actions and report him to the better business bureau as well. Secondly, when I asked for a physical address to send payment, they could not provide me with one.
