I came in today for my eyebrow appointment and was surprised to see the salon in the middle of a…read moreremodel. The space looked unfinished, with construction dust, missing baseboards, old furniture mixed with covered new furniture, and floors that appeared very dirty. It felt more like a construction site than a salon open for business. While I understand that businesses need to remodel from time to time, I don't think it's appropriate to continue serving clients while the salon is in this condition. The environment didn't feel welcoming, relaxing, or professional, and I was uncomfortable throughout my visit. The technician did a good job on my eyebrows, but unfortunately the condition of the salon significantly affected my overall experience. I believe it would have been more professional to temporarily close the salon, or at least postpone appointments, until the renovation was complete. First impressions matter, and walking into a salon that looks like an active construction zone doesn't inspire confidence--especially for a beauty service where cleanliness and professionalism are so important. I hope the finished space turns out beautifully, but based on my experience today, I left disappointed.

My car broke down in the middle of the road right in front of their business, and the ladies working at Brow Boutique didn't hesitate to rush out and try to assist. My car wouldn't budge, unfortunately, so I was stuck for a little bit but they did everything they could to try to help me out. They even kept an eye on me while I was waiting for the tow truck to be sure I was safe. I'm so grateful for their willingness to help a neighbor in need without hesitation. If you're looking for a great brow service AND kind, genuine people, please give Brow Boutique your business! They deserve it!

The salon is super cute, clean and everyone was very friendly. They also have great music playing and not just the zen like music, so it is a nice change. I started with an eyebrow wax since my regular girl has closed her shop. I was greeted by Zhora (sorry if I am not spelling your name correctly) and she did an excellent job. Eyebrows are important and I have had mine waxed for decades, so I know when someone is really good. You will not be disappointed when you visit her. I then sat with the nail technicians who were really sweet and listened to exactly what I wanted. Now I want to thank them for spending time on my mani/pedi without rushing, but I also want to apologize to the girl who did my pedicure. Because of Covid I have not had a pedi for 5 months! That is a long time for someone who is always at the beach or river. Thank you for making me feel like a girl again with painted toes. Beauty break offers everything under their roof including hair, make up, lashes, waxing, and facials. It is so nice coming to one place instead of making numerous appointments all over town. Overall it is a shame that this salon has not been able to hold a grand opening they so deserve. I am excited to see how fast they will grow, good service is hard to come by these days. Congrats to the owner, she was really sweet and friendly, I will definitely be returning and I'll recommend you to anyone who asks.
