I had been talking to Fady about various projects for almost a year now, but did not proceed with any work until this week. He was always willing to talk about options and solutions and would try to accommodate our busy schedule. He thanked me for remembering him even though I was the one who always stalled on getting projects started. Seriously can't thank Fady enough for all of his amazing help! My boyfriend and I just moved into our new place a couple of days ago and needed our new TV mounted. Fady responded to my boyfriend's request very quickly and came by to mount it just a couple of hours later. His rate was EXTREMELY reasonable - almost half the cost of HD Hookups for the same service. Additionally, we asked him if he happened to have any experience building IKEA bedframes since we had been struggling with ours the night before, and he told us he was totally willing to give it a shot even though it was outside his area of expertise. He spent probably an additional half hour with my boyfriend building our bedframe, for which we were beyond thankful! Our TV also looks great mounted on our wall, and he had us test the TV to make sure it was working properly before he left. We were so impressed with the service, that we doubled the amount he asked for, considering the extra time he spent working on our bedframe (and with such a positive attitude!). My husband and I decided to turn our living room around and mount the TV on the wall instead of leaving it on the media stand. Based on the reviews my husband chose AV King to do the work. Fady came out to our home to discuss the work we wanted done. He was very personable and asked lots of questions to make sure he understood what we wanted. We had to have ceiling mounted speakers rewired/moved and other wires & cable moved across the room which meant going into the attic. This is the best install I have ever had with a camera systems. I have owned my business for 13 years and had three different camera systems installed in 13 years. They were on time, got the job done right the first time, answered all my questions, and walked me through the system step by step. Which was so helpful!! The install was a very clean job. I was very impressed on how clean the job was. Owning a convince store is hard to watch every angle but they help me figure out the best angles to see the whole store.
