He builds these relationships with selling agents, inspectors, appraisers, and everyone else you need to go through the process. I got an unreal mortgage rate through Brett's connections, a home inspector who cared and really showed me what I needed to know about the house now and down the road as I continue to maintain it, and an appraisal that was accurate and allowed the deal to move forward. His excellent communication and followed through with the selling agent, and followed-up at the perfect times. He demonstrated a willingness to live up to his end of the deal that won over the selling team quickly and made for a pleasant and meaningful transition from one owner to the other. I can say with no hesitation that through Brett's expertise, experience, and ability to work with others and win them over, that I got the best deal I could ever have possibly gotten. In retrospect...I am blown away. Guys...hire this man. Seriously. You will not regret it.
