I have been looking online for 5 years for a car. I physically started searching 6 weeks ago. Three…read moreweeks ago I went to Subaru of Troy. The car dealer Jimmer K went about and beyond explaining every button in the car. I had to think about it and went back a week later and the Subaru I fell in love with was sold. So I then advanced my search still looking and went back to Subaru of Troy. I had tried out different cars at about 13 different dealerships. Absolutely no one came out to see if I wanted any help, they just handed me the keys and took a copy of my license. I drove about 20 cars total but I had no idea about all the buttons. I went back to Subaru meanwhile we were constantly looking online. I fell in love with a green Subaru but it had a few things to be taken care of. My intentions were to be back on Monday to do the paperwork . In the meantime we found the identical car with like 36,000 miles less and a 2019 not a 2020. We went and looked at the car which was the same price and I bought it. Nothing had to be fixed on it. I felt really bad and left a voicemail with Jimmer. I am telling you that I have never met a salesman like Jimmer before. He went above and beyond all expectations.
