When I had my old Ford Ranger, I came here to get my hands on all the parts I needed to rebuild my engine. They were very helpful here. The manager gave me some insider tips on rebuilding the Vulcan V6 that truck had. Staff - knowledgeable, attentive, prompt and courteously helpful. Selection - if you rebuild crappy old cars like me, you will likely be getting stuff from the back, where all the really important stuff lives. They have everything back there. Prices - reasonable, but if you sign up for rewards, you will get certificates and special offers. Today I did 2 all season washer fluid containers for $6. This time of year such fluid is critical. My Volvo takes 2 gallons of this stuff because of the light washers, front and back windows. Overall because this location has helped me so much, they get 5 start. Once I got my wiper mechanism out and identified the broken linkage, Arthur let me bring it in, showed me the replacement parts I needed the fix it, gave me a cart and a bunch of tools to work with, and let me use the sink to wash my hands. I only spent $10 on this particular visit, but received lots of advice, assistance and tools to get the job done. Knowing that the staff will do anything they can to help me finish my job makes me a loyal customer of Autozone. I'm going to go out of my way to buy parts at the Troy Autozone in the future, rather than other places that are nowhere near as enthusiastic about helping customers. Thanks!

I really appreciate that they fit me in at the last minute shortly before they closed on Saturday of a holiday weekend, as well as the fact that they didn't try to upsell me the most expensive tire they had in stock. I also appreciate the fact that they took the time to talk me through a plan, saying that I could use the tire I Purchased today as the spare since it will have about 25,000 less miles on it than the others when I replace all four. I took my car in for new tires and an oil change at this location and received horrible service. I was specifically asked which tire I would like and verified it with the worker multiple times, he then gave me a cost estimate and told me it would take 90 minutes to complete this. I waited 2 and a half hours for my car service to be completed and when I received the bill, it was $130 over the estimate he gave me initially. Additionally, the worker claimed that I requested more expensive tires than I actually did. I also saw these employees do the same thing to another customer. They swindled her as well, and feigned ignorance. The whole interaction was entirely shady and indicative of incompetence and a failure to hire ethical employees.
