The plow was good, the electrical install for the controller…read morewas botched with a way too cheap fuse jammer, ruined my fuse box because they used the ECM fuse so now it's connection was messed. One side of the plow has ways been tough to get hooked in from day one. It's my first plow so I just thought it's normal. Bent bolt (prove they installed it like that!) I got a new truck several years later. I purchased everything truck side from them aaaallll over again (different make truck) and remembering how they botched the simple fuse installation in my other truck, I went out of my way to purchase the proper fuse extender, found a non critical switched power fuse and installed it. I informed them that is where I wanted the remote power to be installed. Do you think that's where it was ACTUALLY installed? Nope! They didn't listen to the customer and did their own thing anyway and spliced into the harness I DID NOT want them to splice into! I was pissed but let it go because how it was installed was a little more professional than last round. Are you ready for the straw that broke the camels back? A month ago I made an appointment to come in and get the plow adjusted and the bent bolt replaced. After letting them know that I can't just drop it off in the morning and pick it up whenever. I work for a living and need to wait for my truck. I don't have a second vehicle, I don't have a ride and I there's no way in hell I'm missing a day at work for something like this! They told me that I had an appointment for 2. Well I took the time off work, drove all the way down there, checked in then proceed to wait in my truck. 10 minutes later their counter guy came out to let me know it would be a good 45 min to an hour before they can get to my plow. I said that was fine, I kind of expected it. AN HOUR AND A HALF later I walked in to see where things were at. That's when I was told that they would not be getting to my truck today and then had the balls to offer me to come back MONDAY!! I was sooo pissed off!!! I missed work, wasted my gas and MY TIME just to be told to f*ck off?!?! I was so dumbfounded at the lack of time management. I said I was going to purchase the $11 bolt and leave. Really that should have been free just for my horrible experience and extreme inconvenience. Never again will I go to them for ANYTHING. I should have left without getting the bolt and just started a new relationship with another western plow dealer that wants my continued business. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Horrible 3 out of 3 visits. Never again. If they want to attempt to make it right, I'll listen but definitely won't make any promises. (you know how to get ahold of me)

Go to them at your own risk. Me, I'd rather drive an extra hour and goto to either Manchester or Springfield. This dealer is a cheap and as unprofessional as they come! We are now paying less for home owners AND car insurance combined than we were paying Geico for car insurance alone. The car insurance is 50% less, even after we increased our coverage because of the ridiculously low prices. The staff here was also very friendly and efficient when took our cars in to be photographed. But the savings alone earns Liberty Mutual a solid 4 stars in my book.

They forced the oil filter and cross-threaded it, cracking the seal and creating a slow leak. The staff at Keeler Honda flushed the oil system, replaced the filter and put in the right oil in quick order (I was in & out in less then 20 minutes). I bought my '12 Pilot for Keeler, and it has been hassle-free from Day 1. I would highly recommend buying or leasing your next car from them!
