Awful Customer Service, Corey the "Part Owner" shows no sympathy nor intellectual thinking. AWFUL business and a terrible way to retain customers.

They forced the oil filter and cross-threaded it, cracking the seal and creating a slow leak. The staff at Keeler Honda flushed the oil system, replaced the filter and put in the right oil in quick order (I was in & out in less then 20 minutes). I bought my '12 Pilot for Keeler, and it has been hassle-free from Day 1. I would highly recommend buying or leasing your next car from them!

All car dealers are crooks. Keeler is no different. Just bought a car from them today. During…read moreour negotiations they wanted me to pay about $100 more per month than their own website would tell you you should pay based on the amount down, length of lease, etc. They'll act like they're really taking a beating at $20 per month more per month than their own calculator says you should pay. They're that bad. But you do have to buy a car somewhere so just go in there knowing exactly how much you should pay. Look at their own calculator. Look at Lia and Mohawk Hondas website and know what they are offering. Keeler will tell you it's apples and oranges but just make sure you're comparing the same or similar msrp. Also ask Chat GPT. Tell them msrp, lease term, etc and they will tell you what's good. Be prepared. Tell Keeler you live closer to Lia anyway after they insult your intelligence repeatedly. Actually go to Lia or Rensselaer if they get too ridiculous. They'll get more reasonable. Also. Confirm with them - "the amount down includes the first month payment, right?" Otherwise they will agree to an amount down and then the finance person will tell you you need to make your first month payment and pay the agreed upon amount down when you come in to pick it up. Just be clear when negotiating that when you say amount down, you intend for first month to be included in that amount. They use all the tricks. Just be prepared. I can't stress enough- do your homework. Accept nothing less than the chat gpt excellent deal.

My car had a lot of issues to take care of and they were able to take care of everything quickly…read more The prices seemed very high to me. They itemized all sorts of small charges on the bill for things like lube that would be normally be included with the shop labor rates. So it's labor plus a bunch of little charges that eventually add up plus the parts. My recommendation would be to specifically ask if they need to install the "premium" parts or if there is a good quality substitute for the extra expensive premium parts. They installed all premium parts without asking or anything (smart on their part, I don't blame them) so at the end it was much more pricey than expected. I am definitely satisfied with the quality of the work, but it cost me a pretty penny. If money wasn't an issue for me at all, this shop would definitely be my go to for everything from routine to big problems. What I can say is that when you have no idea what's wrong with your car and it's making awful noises, they can quickly pinpoint the issue and get you back on the road in no time. So if a higher price point isn't an issue, and the priority is to fix the issue and fix it RIGHT, Whalen is definitely a great choice.

Call was answered Saturday morning and I was transferred to service. I opted for the first available technician instead of choosing my own. (Needed this repair asap since we are from out of town and using the camper) I got an appointment for the very next morning. Within 2 hours I received a call saying it was all finished and covered under our warranty. The technician explained the leak came from 2 separate hoses (one that was only visible after removing the tank), those were tightened. He made sure there was no crack in the tank and even straightened the tank because it was installed crooked. After we were finished I asked if there was another way to loosen the water filter because I couldn't get it to budge. He got it loose for me. Thank you to everyone in the service dept for helping fix our trailer and getting us in and out so fast! I'm sorry so many others had bad experiences, but I certainly did not.
