With my uncle on the phone, he suggested a cheaper fix--a shorter belt--but they refused, which is no problem. My uncle then called KisKis, and Michael assured me I could come in. Already stressed, Michael reassured me that I wouldn't leave until it was fixed. As a graduate student with tight finances, I feared the worst, but the final cost was only $165. I was so relieved, and Michael, seeing me upset, treated me like his own daughter. The kindness and service were exceptional, and I'll definitely return if anything happens to my car.
