Problem stemmed from a defective part which Honda is now covering for 10 years . Work was performed flawlessly, at NO CHARGE, and I was on the road with cold A/C in less than 3 hours ! Cassandra Watson, Service Rep, was absolutely stellar. This is a far cry from a well-known local Honda dealership, which never even called back regarding this issue. I'd assign more than 5 stars if possible. Honda Stratham is now my go-to Honda provider .

They claimed to have made the fix, but here we are, two years later, and our front axles are both failing (these, mind you, should last either forever or 130k miles, whichever comes first - having only owned it for 2 years, it's been neither since the "fix" was made) and the AC is, well, broken. I'm assuming they lied to us and put bandaids on it (we were told axles were replaced and AC was fixed). I will never buy a used or new car from here again - we live in town and have a total of 4 drivers in our house, so that's a lot of lost business for them.

Most recently I booked a service and reserved a loaner vehicle after receiving an emailed coupon for a discount to return. I decided to give them one more chance. I showed up 10 minutes early and was told that they don't do loaner vehicles for the two services I booked. My reservation confirmation showed a loaner vehicle but they refused to give me one, so I had to take my car and leave to make some work meetings. No one called or emailed me to say that they don't do loaner vehicles for the type of service I booked so I could come prepared to do work on site while waiting. And I've 1000% had a loaner vehicle for that kind of service before. I drove 30 minutes each way to have such a poor experience and wasted a significant portion of my valuable morning. They have lost me as a customer and as someone who's vehicle is 8+ years old, I will likely be in the market for a new vehicle soon and will absolutely not consider this dealership when it comes time to look.

I have had both good and bad service here. Most recently, bad…read more My guess on this variability is that it depends on which mechanic you get. I brought my F250 for AC service June 17 2024. They had previously replaced the ac compressor in August 2022 so I figured that since I had less than two years of operation, they might be more familiar with the system and the repair. Furthermore, on the off chance, the compressor failed again, some of the O'reilly AC compressors VIP uses have warranties (lifetime??) that are in excess of the time since the previous repair. The text from the service manager and subsequent interaction informed me that the orings from AC lines to the compressor were leaking. Now I would assume that if the orings (plural) fail on a compressor install that something is amiss; either due to type, quality of orings or the install. They wanted to charge me $608.40 for replacing the orings and servicing the AC. ("we won't charge you for the orings---just for the labor-- haha) I told the service manager that I was not happy about the fact that their previous install/repair failed so soon. I said that orings should last longer than they did. The service manager belittled me and said "Orings last as long as long as they last" and "Oh--do you think you know more than me (about orings)?" He then rudely threw the key towards me on the counter and said disdainfully "you are all set" I said "you are not going to charge me?" "No." So I went out to the truck, started it and drove home and guess what ? The AC doesn't work! So they didn't charge me...... for not fixing it!! What a deal!! They wasted my time, didn't fix the problem and treated me rudely. Now I was not wanting/expecting a free repair, but was expecting: a) That it be repaired b) Assurance that it would not fail again So the failed fix showed that whatever "high-horse" attitude the manager was demonstrating , had no justification.
