We purchased a battery less than six months ago from Napa in Lake County CA. My reno dealership did a diagnostic and told me it was bad. So having my invoice, battery in the car (with a 3 year warranty) I go to this store looking for help. I wanted them to test the battery and if necessary to replace it. I was told I would need to remove the battery and bring it into the store, let them test it and then I would need to take it out of the store and replace it into my car. Other auto part stores I've worked with will test the battery while still in the car. My HUGE disappointment is that the staff didn't seem to care enough to find a solution to help me out. I am saddened that their lack of care or compassion for a fellow human and the "policy" of the store takes precedent. I was looking forward to developing a professional relationship but NOT WITH THIS STORE OR THE ONE ON BENNIE. What has become of customer service? Christy Aguirre

I bought some batteries for my diesel truck in California a year ago. They were cracked and I had my receipt. I called the store and they said they would be happy to replace them for free. Per store policy they weren't allowed to touch my truck but they did everything they could to help me get the old batteries out and install the new batteries. They gave me tools and were extremely patient with me considering I don't know much about cars. The entire store staff was polite and extremely helpful, thank you all!

They said it would be available any time after 8:30 am on Saturday. I drove an hour each way to get the part. When I arrived they couldn't find any record of my new order and said that if I hadn't canceled my on line order that the parts would be there. They were not of any assistance and acted as if I was bothering them. I know that Napa customer service has fallen off in the past few years but I did not expect the brush off I got from them.
