Great experience! I was at the AutoZone in Vistancia, but they were out of stock for the product I came to purchase. The store clerk checked their system and said this location had them in stock. So I called, speaking with "Colton". I explained to Colton I am about to drive to his location since the AutoZone location I am at is out of stock and want to confirm they have it before I make this additional trip. Colton put me on hold, went to check, confirmed they had two (2) and said he put one under the counter to ensure when I arrive I will be able to purchase it. Patrick, the service manager came out and checked my battery with a meter and decided that I needed to replace it. My battery was still on warranty so there was no charge. If I could give no stars I would. I came in due to another company not having my blade size, so I stopped in to this store. The store manager is the one who helped me and was not helping at all. All he did was point and dismissed me. Would not walk with me to find the blades nor even offer and just assumed I wanted cheap blades. Worse experience and will not be back. read more

Go to the O'Reilly up the street, this manager knows nothing about running a store and is clueless to online ordering/anything through there website. Corporate admits to using same day delivery but this supervisor obviously didn't take the training courses cause he can't use technology properly. My husband and I had a sh** morning this morning, our battery died on us unexpectedly and it kind of topped our current stress levels. We stopped in this morning to get the battery tested to see if we could get by on a recharge but there was no hope for this, the customer service guy who helped us at first (didn't get his name) was nice enough and suggested that if it was the original battery, we should replace it. As this was the original (on a 2020 Nissan), we were stressing at the pricing of the batteries that we were quoted. 200$+, as my husband and I are both students we just tensed up and we're trying to figure out cheaper options. The tech who ended up replacing out battery for us, Matthew, was super nice and supportive. He could see we were stressed and told us about a few options, he was so understanding and we left feeling a little better. Car trouble sucks, especially when you're not expecting it! Today, my son and I walked in Autozone and at the time maybe one other customer was in the store. There were serval employees behind the counter and they had on tan long sleeve uniform shirts and it was by only one particular guy who was on the opposite side the counter with a red shirt on and his name tag said Kaden. He was standing there as if he was there greeting and helping customers as they walked in. My son who is 6'2 and African American walked in first and I watched Kaden look at him and look the other way with no greeting. I walked in moments later and he did the same thing. I went to the aisle where my son was. We actually needed help and wanted to purchase something that was locked in the middle of the aisle. One min later 2 white men who were not together walked in and Kaden spoke to them immediately and asked them if they needed help. One of the men may have been a regular customer because Kaden called the customer by his name and preceded to talk about the purple mustang the customer pulled up in. Kaden immediately helped this customer and walked with through the store to find what he was looking for and even walked past my son and I and we were in the store first. After standing there for 5 mins, an employee came to ask if we needed help. While my son was getting help I started to walk towards the register to get ready to check out. While I was standing there another employee ask if I needed help. My response was " thanks for finally asking us for help". This is after all those employees who were initially in the front behind the counter migrated to back to watch us stand in the middle of aisle for 5 minutes while Kaden was helping the other customer. It was a very bad experience and it was clearly racial profiling. It was obvious the white people get help and the black people don't at this location. It's 2023 and Autozone Lake Pleasant in Peoria is keeping it alive and well. This is very disappointing and my 16 year old son it first hand. It was all because we are African American. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Dealing with Carlos was probably the worst customer service situations I've dealt with, ever! For someone that has a complete lack of competence and lack of experience in dealing with difficult situations is absolutely mind blowing. At no given moment is okay by any means, for store employees, to yell at customers because of the employees incompetence. Carlos started with stating it's "completely weird" for someone to be returning (warranty exchange/return) set of brake pads and rotors. As he continues, he said again, which I had ignored. Couple moments later, Carlos, yet again, for the 3rd time states, this is all weird. I'm completely confused as to why any of this is weird? For someone to return pads and rotors for a warranty return, which I have done for several years. It's also a store policy and apart of their services. As Carlos stated "the situation is weird" for the 3rd time, I stated "can you explain to me what is weird about returning brake pads and rotors, because it's the 3rd time that you've stated that", Carlos then goes off completely unprofessional, yelling, throwing my items back in the box and onto the cart, threatening me to call the police department and have me arrested for trespassing and never be allowed on autozone properties anywhere! This was completely uncalled for and unprofessional to the extreme. This will not be last time autozone hears about this situation as I plan on taking this to as many outlets as possible until there are repercussions held against Carlos. read more
