He stepped out in the 100 degree heat , opened the hood of my car and showed me where to put it. It did not work right away, after a few minutes, Kaiden checked my car and found out that my fan was turned on , but not the AC!!! How embarrassing! Kaiden was very nice about it and did not make me feel dumb. They have to be careful about helping people , but people can turn on you. I understand that, totally, but I really appreciated Kaiden , going out of his way to help somebody that just needed a little help$. Kaiden was my Hero, that day, and I really appreciated him and will be going back and recommending people to go to O'Reilly's and look for Kaiden!
