I didn't have a lot of faith they would be able to fix it, considering the dealer couldn't figure it out. But Larsen Motors took the time, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue. Throughout the process, they were friendly and took the time to listen to me, two more things i didn't get from the dealer. Absolutely amazing!…read more I was skeptical going to an auto shop connected to a gas station but I'm SOOO glad I did. WHAT HAPPENED: I blew out a run flat on an AWD vehicle in the evening not long before closing time. I called several large chains who specialize in tires closer to my flat location who all told me crazy things from "they didn't have the equipment to take my tire off and they'd have to cut it off and replace it with a regular tire" to "I could play for a regular set of tires then but a set of run flats when they ordered some" (aka pay for two sets of tires). HOW THEY HELPED: I called North Oaks Auto Service at the urging of a friend. Josh assured me they could handle my tire no problem and waited for me to arrive despite the fact he was getting ready to close. While they didn't have 4 tires that would fit my car they were able to get 4 tires in first thing the next morning and have me on my way by 10am! Amazing service and customer service. Competitive price. Super friendly team. Would completely trust them with my car again.

Had a super experience here recently before a roadtrip. Wanted to get new wiper blades and light bulbs since I tend to do a lot of night time driving. Staff were busy, probably about a half dozen customers in the store. I normally look for the items myself via vehicle parts search on their website; found them, brought the items up to the register. A really kind and knowlegable gal (and here, I'm apologetic that I don't remember her name) helped me by verifying that I was getting the correct blades/bulbs for my vehicle (they weren't lol). She helped me get the correct stuff and even offered to help replace them for me--I was very grateful. I've switched out blades/bulbs on my own, but she was so kind and patient while she did that for me. She really gave me a moment to just be still and collect myself from the hectic day I was having. She also did not make me feel less than, or dumb, or anything like that at anytime, she was perfectly calm and confident about it all. Thank you, gal from AutoZone. You gave me peace of mind, and my family and I had a very safe roadtrip.
