I called my local Firestone - they were open until 3 pm, but they didn't have the tire I needed at their store. They said they would see if they could locate one. I called AAA to get a tow to the Firestone. Firestone called me back to tell me that they had located one at one of the other Firestone stores - and they were sending one of their employees to pick it up. AAA tow truck arrived and I rode with them to the Firestone. They had the tire I needed - installed it - and I was good to go! (And it was affordable, too.) I felt that they had gone above and beyond to get the tire I needed and to get it installed before they closed. I have used this Firestone in the past and have always had good service from them. I would definitely recommend them!

I was informed that I would have to wait 4 hours, because someone came on before me. It was 3 Charter Spectrum vans. I explained that I had an appointment, but they did not care. I was asked to come back tomorrow. I most certainly will not be coming back tomorrow or ever! The business model has online or over the phone appointment bookings. That is clearly how the business plan is set up. However, the workers do not honor that. It was more important to them to milk the cable company on a four hour break job than to keep a good name for their business. Clearly, there is no point in the appointment system. They did not value my time, so they will never get my money! The worker told me it was first come, first serve. That completely undermines the booking system! I will spend my money at places that value my time and honor their word!!!​

They had they car towed at their expense from our home in Mandeville to the dealership in Hammond. Their mechanic agreed with Autoville: the car was toast. Ross Downing agreed to purchase it back for 75% of what Zac paid. While it would've been nice to receive the full amount, legally, Ross Downing wasn't required to offer anything. That's 26 days past their 30 guarantee. Ross Downing could have chosen to be a hero and offered some type of assistance. However, despite several calls and numerous conversations with the FB chat bots, the only person we heard from was his opportunistic salesperson. His laughable "solution" was for us to trade the now-inoperable car in for another vehicle which my son would have to finance. My son is early 20s, works 2 jobs and saved to pay cash for this vehicle. He probably doesn't have credit score to qualify for a loan, nor does he want to incur debt. (And frankly, he's distrustful of you now.) I realize Ross Downing is under no legal obligation to help my son. However, there's "right" and then there's "doing the right thing." The latter creates loyalty, repeat customers, and good word of mouth. This experience is the opposite of that. [Note: neither my son, nor my husband, recall being offered an extended warranty, but if you can show paperwork that he initialed/signed declining coverage, I'll concede that point.]

There so many off the wall comments he yelled at me that it seems he has a problem. At one point he threaten to beat my ass. Something could have went very bad and i don't think anyone's car should be treated differently just because of the looks or sound. I would attach the video but it will not let me.
