The people behind the desk are pleasant and helpful and usually have a good advice based on their experience. For some of us it's a playground with endless options of doing this or that to our car. The one and only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is prices. O'Reilly's prices are much higher than its competitors and I'm not going to get into why, it's just a fact. They charged me $320 for "ac maintenance", fully aware that there was a leak and I would have to return. Terry told me that the Freon in my vehicle was all gone, knowing it doesn't just dissipate, as he is the professional in this situation. I asked him about a possible leak and he told me they didn't locate one and my car did not indicate one when they scanned it digitally. He failed to provide me with the typical "digital diagnostic paperwork" normally given. When I returned, approximately 3 weeks later, Terry quoted me $1200 to fix the "leak" that they didn't discover during my initial visit 3 weeks prior, stating that "it passed the test and no leaks were discovered". I decided to get a second opinion. I noticed when I left their location that day my AC was blowing hot air and making a loud noise, which was not occurring when I took it in that morning. I was able to purchase the part needed directly from Volvo for $250, the same part Terry quoted me $633 for. I then took my vehicle to another, more reputable mechanic, who observed another broken piece that could have only been caused by the previous mechanic during the diagnostic phase of the before mentioned problem. I contacted Terry, informed him of this, and he agreed to reimburse me but later recanted. So not only did I lose $320 for a service that should have NEVER been completed but I'm also out of an additional $200 for a part Terry's technicians broke and tried to cover up. Do NOT trust these people. They are unethical and take advantage of those they deem as vulnerable and ill informed. It should be noted that even with the $320 I wasted with Terry, the problem being fixed and the additional $200 I was out of pocket because of Terry's technician's negligence, I still spent less than the $1200 Terry quoted me. It appears that Terry was aware of the broken piece and attempted to replace it in the overquoted $1200 price he gave me. I've contacted corporate as well as BBB.

They told me the whole part needed to be replaced -- then ordered the wrong part twice, making me sit in the lobby for almost four hours. After they finally "fixed" it, I noticed my driver's door handle felt a little stiff, but I didn't think much of it since the window was my priority. Not even three months later, the window had the exact same problem again. When I took it back, I specifically asked the young guy at the front desk if there was any warranty, and if not, what the next step would be. He told me it was still under warranty and they'd fix it at no cost to me. After waiting two more hours (conveniently until the lobby was empty), he came back and told me they were going to charge me again because their warranty is only one month. I told him it had been more than 30 days since I first brought it in and that he had already told me there would be no charge since the part was completely replaced. (I paid $300 for the part plus labor!) He then told me to wait again, and after another two hours, he said they "fixed" it and would charge O'Reilly's for the labor since their part was the problem. On my way home, I realized my driver's door wouldn't lock -- the pin stayed all the way up and wouldn't go down. I couldn't lock it with the remote either. So the same day, after being there from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., I went back at around 2:30 p.m. to tell the same guy about the lock issue. They made me wait another hour and a half. When they gave me the car back, the lock pin would only go halfway down, the door handle still wasn't fixed, my automatic window button no longer worked, and now my electric mirror on that same door was dead. To top it off, when the guy inspected it and we closed the door, the entire panel came loose! Whoever worked on my car did a completely lousy job. Now I have a car with: A driver's side door that only locks halfway A broken electric mirror A window button that doesn't work A loose door panel This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop.

Another week goes by, no communication. Communication is NOT Pat Lobb Service's strong suit, neither is customer service. Called Wednesday to find out when my car was going to be done. I use the tollways for work and when the girl gave me the loaner she said that any tolls would be billed back to my car, not that there was a built in toll tag. Left a message for Joel/Will to please call me so I knew how long to move my toll tag to the loaner; still waiting on that call. Called 10 days after dropping it off and couldn't get a hold of Joel/Will, asked to talk to service manager, David. Said he'd check into what was going on and get back with me; that was Friday morning, not a peep. Did I mention communication is NOT their strong suit? They finally called me Saturday morning at 10:45 to tell me my car was done. Here's a funny story about communication. When I Googled Pat Lobb to call them I dialed the first number that populated, asked to speak to Bill and got VM; no surprise there. As I hung up I thought Freeman Toyota, that's not who I wanted. Guess what? Less than 60 minutes after I left that message, Bill from FREEMAN TOYOTA called me back. He was concerned that they had allowed something to fall through the crack. I apologized, explained my error and we parted ways. I was so impressed with Bill and Freeman Toyota I called to speak with the manager, Dusty. Guess what? Dusty called me back. Pat Lobb - 0 / Freeman - 2. The morale of the story: Pat Lobb will not ever win back my business because they do not understand customer service and communication. I will make the long trek to Freeman Toyota because they understand what GREAT customer service means!

His actions are the reason it's 3 stars and not 1. The biggest issue was the wait time. It was supposed to take around 3 hours, it took 5 and a half. Unfortunately they lost my phone number and had to communicate to me through my husband as the middle man while he was at work, so I knew little to nothing when I wasn't physically there. They upsold me on a tire rotation and balancing, and a week later I had to replace 2 tires because we found a huge bulge of them and nobody had exact tires to replace just one with, so after spending nearly $300 on tire care there alone, we had to spend another $300 (and more to come due to the replacements being crap but that has nothing to do with the dealership). I would recommend any business that makes their customer wait almost 2x the estimated wait time for their service to at least offer a discount on the present service, a complimentary future service, or something. I won't be coming back to any toyota dealership if I can help it at this rate. TLDR: The people are friendly, prepare to pay out the nose, wait an insane amount of time, and say no to upsells. Do what you need and get out.
