    The short answer- staff was unhelpful, felt a bit dismissive of me and my questions because I was female or they do that to everyone and have extremely bad customer service always. The long one - I went in. Walked to the department I needed. Found something that I thought might work. Waited for the male behind the counter to finish with his previous customer. There were not many in the store. And I said I have a question. "My side mirror broke on my car. Can you help me select the right one and help me figure out if I need to replace the whole assembly or just the mirror. I was told that I probably can just replace the mirror. And I nodded since I knew that already. I waited. After a few moments he said this computer is for ordering if you're ready you'll have to go over there and he gestured to the counter a few feet away. I went back to the mirrors. Put the one I had questions about back. Looked over them. Spent 10 minutes in the store googling to see if I could find where I could buy the mirror I needed. Since I haven't done this particular type of repair on my car before. Found it at a competitor. And now, even though this place is out of my way by almost 30 minutes I'm going there and ordering from there because of the way I was treated here. I am female. I'm always apprehensive about this type of behavior or buying things from auto stores because of the stigma of 'females don't know anything about this' clearly that is the tradition with this company as well. It doesn't matter if I walked in covered in axel grease and oil or in the dress I was wearing. You've made me put this store and company on my 'only if I have no other option' list.

    Awesome service! I walked in the rain look for new wiper blades - the clerk asked for by car make and model - 5 minute later i've paid and he installed them for me in a flash. I didn't ask or expect it, thank you!

    They prefer to offer you a 10% discount than install your battery, twice this year I've left for O'Reilley's for courtesy install service.

I made my selection and asked Eddie a few questions about replacing my mirror. He accompanied me outside to my car to look and see if the mirror I selected would work. He opened the package and we figured out it was slightly off when it came to the size. He offered to order it for me. He proceeded to look and found out they don't sell it. Only the full replacement piece. That being so he said there was something we could look at. So we went to the aisle and found a product that let me cut what I needed so I had a temporary fix until I could buy the parts I need. 10/10 because this is the type of service that I not only expect when I walk into a store but they looked at me as a person who was fixing her car not a female in a dress out of her element.

My battery died and got a jump and wanted to see if they could test it cause Oreileys has always helped me in the past. I explained how sick we had been and was in need of the test and my boss would come buy the battery if it was bad. The lady said it would be too hard to get her clamps underneath the cover. She asked her store manager they said they couldn't help me. I drove across the street and it was no problem for the other store. It wasn't a big deal I just didn't know how and apparently neither does this Oreileys. Definitely needed the battery and the guy at the other shop showed me how simple it was and could have been tested at Oreileys. Disappointed in the lack of help I received.

After driving over an hour to get there they sold me the part for 50 dollars and gave me a receipt in hand. The owner or guy in charge(little short weird looking guy bad hair cut and hair slick back) said they could not give it to me (after I had paid and had receipt in hand could. I could have called the cops) unless I paid an additional 50 dollars for the window I didn't need. I was forced to agree because all other yards were closing. I waited over an hour and then they broke the piece on the window I needed(karma). The owner tried to get me to buy the part from another car that wasn't compatible. The one they cracked the owner refused to give me a responsible discount. I wasn't even sure I could glue it back and it would even stay put. Stay away for GLEN AND JERRY as owner (guy in charge) is very this dishonest.

When I test drove the car a week ago, the entire car pulled to the right. I spoke with maintenance and went for a drive to "prove" the car was not in alignment. I have waited 1 week and was told the car had been repaired and would be ready today. After driving again, the entire car pulled to the right. I asked to speak to the GM or anyone in management and was told I could not even have a name. I was told Bishop Maserati would not spend another dime repairing the car. My experience with this dealership and Vishal, the sales manager was terrible at best. I found him incredibly rude and condescending. My salesman, Anthony, told me to buy the car "as is" with the entire car pulling to the right or leave so I left. BUYER BEWARE. This is not a dealership I would choose to represent this brand or any other brand.

I told him that car buying makes me anxious all the back and forth and the hassle. He and his team were the opposite. I would seriously recommend you try this dealership if you come across it!!! They have Maseratis but they also have a lot of other gorgeous vehicles. I was in good hands and the whole experience was just about 2.5 hours in and out and I walked out with a whole Volvo that I'm in love with
