Was sitting on the shelf above the charger. Now mind you it was given to the female manager. The store wasn't busy. One customer came out furious about the service and went elsewhere. You could tell the dynamic of the team was too friendly and flirty. I felt uncomfortable shopping here and won't return. Taking the store up on their offer of 'free wiper blade installation' I asked if the guy could please come out and install them. Flustered, he told me he was unable to, due to being the only employee at the store, while also telling me I'd need to come back in an hour when his coworker arrived. He warned me that even then, it might not work, since he 'couldn't leave his coworker alone in the store, since he might get jumped' (although he never explained if this assailant would be a customer or employee). Facetiousness aside, he went on to call the corporate office, to get them to rally behind him, and told me I'd need to wait until a 3rd employee showed up. When I returned later, there was no one in the store besides the two of them (and I). I pondered where all the nefarious people were and was utterly shocked at the serene atmosphere (based on his earlier safety concerns). I eventually got a refund and went to a competitor, where I had none of these issues.

I've gotten to know a lot of the staff by name and they are all really great people especially Dawn. She is hands down a gem that this store owner needs to hang on to at all costs. She has worked harder for my parts requests then anyone I have ever come across. If you have a silver or metallic vehicle, stay away from this line. The formula doesn't match standard factory finishes, and Dupli-Color does not stand behind its product guarantee when it fails.
