They set me up for first thing in the next morning. I got there and they pulled my car into the bay within 30 min. A short while later the desk called me up and told me the bad news. They couldn't do the front end alignment because my tie rods were seized up. They could fix the seized rods but it would be difficult and with the price of the alignment, a little over $1600. I asked if that was cash. She said, "no" but with cash I could have a discount and it would be about $1550. I stepped outside and called a mechanic I know from out of town. He laughed and said, "how much and for what??" I went back inside and paid my bill, took my car out of town and he fixed the tie rod issue in 10 minutes and did a front end alignment - and I drove out for $115. I wonder if the owner knows what's going on there. I got a bill for an alignment inspection. I asked for the itemized estimate but only got the note saying I rejected getting my car fixed. The $1600 was never written down and neither was work to be performed written down. I guess I it could be viewed that I misunderstood. I did ask the mechanic about it and he told me how hard it was to unseize the rods and I mentioned the $1600 to him, he grinned and just went along with it, telling me he understood. He also talked with my out of town mechanic on the phone, telling him what they found. If I had misunderstood the price, why didn't anyone correct me? Everyone there was very pleasant, friendly, and nice - the mechanic and the counter personnel. I would have gotten the job done if they would have just done the front end alignment. I gave it two stars because it "Could've been better"

Best Jeep shop in all of Texas!…read more I had an ongoing death wobble issue that I couldn't fix on my own, so I brought it here to have the issue diagnosed. Within a few minutes of walking in, Kyle and Craig had my Jeep on the rack, had the issue pinpointed, and had given me a quote on how to fix the issue. Kyle walked me around my Jeep showing me how he was inspecting it and took time to explain each step as he went through their detailed diagnostic inspection. These gentleman were fast, professional, and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Parts were ordered and my Jeep spent less than 3 business days in the shop. There is simply no other business in the area that will go above and beyond like they do at Texas Truck Works. After this experience I will be a customer for life. Kyle and Craig are two upstanding gentleman. I truly can't say enough good things about them and the team at Texas Truck Works.

I very seldom leave 5 stars.. check my history!…read more However, was provided some bad advice by Discount Tire located in Conroe as it concerns my wheel. They informed me I needed a new wheel. Long story short, my tire was deflated due to my wheel was cracked & discovered shortly thereafter bent as well. My vehicle had to be towed to this spot just to give you an idea how I was in bad shape.. Any who, at first the manager due to the time allotted told me it was too late to work on my wheel, however thankful he had a change of heart. Shot out to the tall young guy with the tatts!! He saved my wheel & welded it.. He was very professional & congenial. Dope customer service as he squeezed me in.. was damn near in tears as I couldn't drive on that wheel nor tire. Much appreciated their courtesy & attention to my issue as they saved my wheel & got me back on the road.. Thank you guys!!

My local mechanic recommended this place to me after bending my front driver rim. The reviews were…read moregreat as well and I called that same morning for an appointment. Instead, while speaking with Melanie, she told me to stop by before 12:30 PM and I should be out the same day. I was given a window of about five hours, but she called within two hours instead. Wow! Talk about fast! Additionally, I was told that $200 was the payment due, which I was totally okay with. Well, imagine my surprise when she then reached back out to let me know that was a mistake and instead I only owed $120! Wow! Unfortunately, I was across town and wasn't sure if I could make it before closing (6PM). No problem! They kept my car overnight and I was able to return the next morning. My car looked good as new and I drove off with happy, good looking rims. Again, I want to stress how awesome Melanie and this business truly is. Especially in terms of payment. She could've easily allowed me to pay $200 and I wouldn't have known any better. It says a lot that she reached back out to explain that she made a mistake and instead I only owed $120. That alone speaks volumes to her and the character of this establishment. So yes, I absolutely recommend this business to everyone. They are honest, fast, efficient, professional and offer fair, reasonable pricing. Thanks Melanie and Rim Repair Houston!

After speaking to quite a few shops It was easy to choose WPS. They are not a pushy sales shop, they suggest only the best products for you (not the most expensive but best for what you want and need). Dana actually suggested I call the manufacturer to see what they would recommend was best for my application. Most of the all the customer service is top notch. I ended up get a Carli 2.5 level for my truck which was back ordered. Dana would call and keep me posted on estimated what time. She called when the parts where shipped. She scheduled me in right before Xmas not only for the installation but also to get the truck aligned after instal. When they installed the parts I got a picture of it taken apart. I got a picture of all the parts. I got photos and communication every step along the way. And when its was all done I got to come back in and get a re torque on all the bolts to make sure everything was correct. The gist of it is I can not speak highly enough of WPS. If you have something you want done and you want it done right this is best place around. Thank y'all so much.

The majority of people reviewing a business are motivated to do so, due to a bad experience…read more Very seldom are people willing to take the time, when things go well. I am ecstatic to say, that due to my experience with USA Auto Repair and Body Shop, I feel beyond OBLIGATED to leave a stellar review! Accidents happen, but it stings worse when they're avoidable and especially when they're self-inflicted. While parking my GMC Denali Crew cab, I failed to see the steel post buried in the concrete, that was below the hood line on my passenger side, while picking up my wife at the airport. I pulled further to the right, to give another vehicle more room to pull around, and this post began cutting through my headlight, running light, bumper, quarter panel, and a significant amount of other material until it almost reached my tire. Shockingly, there was very little resistance! I contacted the dealership and based upon my description, they said I was looking at about $18,000 of damage! I immediately took the truck to another "National" brand, and they felt I was looking closer to $12,000. I talked to ChatGpt and it confirmed the estimates were likely "in line", but said to find a locally owned/stand-alone repair shop. I read Reviews about USA Auto Repair and decided to give it a shot. I called and spoke with Deana and must say, I was "blown away" by her depth of knowledge around what I described and her guesstimate of what others had quoted me. She asked that I bring the vehicle up and she'd give me a more detailed and accurate estimate. She did and immediately saved me $1,000's when compared to the other places! She asked if I'd mind after-market replacements, because it could save more money versus OEM. She said "Women love to shop, so let me see what I can do". She called me that evening (as promised) and saved me almost $2,000 more! Deana exudes character and integrity, so I felt very comfortable leaving my vehicle and expecting her to stand by her word. My vehicle was ready when promised (exactly 1 week), and I SWEAR it looks like it did on my day of purchase, with 6 miles on the odometer. Sorry for the diatribe, but USA Auto Repair and Body Shop have won my trust and my business for life. The professionalism I experienced, updates throughout the process, completion when promised and an outcome that took my breath away, deserves the attention and appreciation. Thank you to Deana and ALL the employees I dealt with from drop off to delivery. DO NOT trick yourself into believing that a big name brand collision repair shop is the best route. Deana and group over delivered on all promises, far and above any of my expectations. One final thing. If you'd like to speak to me about this experience, I'd be happy to. Ask that Deana have me call you. From the money and stress Deana saved me throughout this experience, it would be the least I could do! Rick
