Had a great experience with AutoZone by my home over there on Antoine actually this one I had a dead battery had to leave my car at 7-Eleven overnight went back this morning. Tried to take out the battery so I could take it to AutoZone and see if I could get another one or they could test it instead I had to borrow a car go down to AutoZone. Let them know what happened, but I really needed help and without any hesitation, the manager did not get his name. He was so helpful. He had one of his associates that goes by the name of Jason to follow me over to the 7-Eleven he came with his tools my new battery. He took out my old battery. It took a minute because my battery was pretty bad. Anyway he took it out he put the new one in hooked it up waited for me to see if it worked and took back my battery. So polite and I really recommend this AutoZone especially asked for Jason because he was such a big help. Thank you. read more

Came into Auto Zone and received the best service of a lifetime !!!! I needed to pretty much replace the front lower end of my car and I was quoted 2100$ for the parts. I was completely shocked I went into auto zone and Ken the manager came and looked at the paperwork and said we can get these parts for you at a much better rate! Saved me over 900$ I was completely happy to pay !!! Parts came in a few days later and now I'm getting my Jeep repaired!!! THE BEST SERVICE EVER! In this season where things are a bit more pricier , it's a relief that you can still have savings in things that are notoriously expensive and unavoidable!!! Why does every other Autozone have these stupid walk-up counters with no signage about where one should line up to check out?!!!! You stand there between shelving and hope that someone looks up and tells you when to approach the counter! And then they have what looks to be a cashier area, but nobody is attending to it! WTF?! Get some lines clearly designated or rope some space off Autozone. Just stupid! read more

Came to Autozone for some oil and oil filter well they had ran out of the 5qt oils and Ana found one in the front cashier counter, and sold us a used oil. When we were about to put the oil we noticed it was open and the oil was black!!! If you cashiers receive used oils please take it to the back right away so yall won't get confused and sell us used oil !!!!!! The lady didn't even want to look in the back to see if they had some in stock ! Once I went back to change it they did NOT wanted to give me the same discount the guy said I had to return the oil filter and repurchase a new one in order to get a discount and we also used our rewards card !! He also said OR i could purchase another oil filter to get the discount, the oil filter had already been inserted into the car and I didn't need an extra oil filter so I didn't purchase it I had to pay full price cause I still needed the oil it wasn't my fault that y'all were running around jumping from one computer to another !! The lady didn't even ask if we wanted to use our rewards or not she just went on to take the points off !! They need to get their shit together !! read more

Seriously I don't understand how anyone besides the store manager still has a job at this location, she is the ONLY nice employee there! The woman with the shaved head is especially rude and short with customers, I asked a simple question so I didn't have to wait in line for an hour like you usually have to at this location and I got eye rolls and rudeness! Tonight I stood in line for 20 minutes as she was helping another customer there were 5 of us in line and she waited FOREVER to finally tell someone to come help, when the other woman got to the counter she just stared at the man in front of me in line and rolled her eyes. He asked if she was ready and she rolled them again and walked back to the back of the store. The man left and when she came back to help me she was saying "I'm not about to help no rude ass customer..." keep in mind I had been waiting for a while and he was there way before me!!! I have been to this location a LOT and I have interacted with every person that works there and the ONLY nice person is their female store manager!!! Don't waste your time, or your money read more

Autozone is the closest one can get to purgatory in real life. Perhaps you should just make a day of it. Bring your copy of Dantes Inferno to keep you entertained, a pitchfork to to gently poke employees as they inevitably fall asleep in mid sentence and as always your glittery red devil horn headband because you like to look your best. Ok so here's what's going to happen when you come here, maybe all Autozones. I don't know. No matter how many or how few customers and no matter how many or few employees, you will be standing around for 10-20 minutes. No exceptions. It is as bizarre as it is infuriating. Look on their site and see if they have what you are looking for, then check other places. You may be tempted to just come here. You don't really like to support Walmart? It'll be ok this once. You don't want to wait 2 days for prime shipping? Come on, it'll be two days in no time. Secretly crave the humiliation of being ignored, made to wait for your sweet satisfaction in the form of purchasing JB weld while you read and reread the instructions on an a/c recharge kit and reorganize an assortment of tacky handcuff and piston key chains?
