As I walked into the store I was greeted by "Josiah" who assisted me with my questions. He asked me the make, model and year of my vehicle. Once I gave him all the information he then brought out two different batteries to review with me and we selected the best one. He also brought out some anti-corrosion protection for the battery as well. Since I was new to this store he enrolled me in the rewards program and then took my gift card and payment for the battery and other product. As Josiah was installing the battery in my car, I was ask several questions regarding the battery and other things and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate his time, customer service and attention to detail as I was in a bit of a panic since I went over to Advanced Auto Parts to have the same thing done and was not treated well. After my experience with Advanced Auto Parts, I will NEVER go back and deal with that type of treatment especially when Auto Zone is right across the street and providing EXCELLENT customer service to their customers. (Stay far away from Advanced Auto Parts Store#7773) I highly recommend Auto Zone on Eagleview Bouledvard in Exton, PA. Stop in and ask for "Josiah" and trust me you won't be disappointed. Thank You Auto Zone for training your staff properly to provide excellent customer service to all your customers. You have gained a customer for life because of my experience with your store today.

After I came out of Aldi, my car almost didn't start, so I went into this Advance Auto Parts. Justin was on duty, he immediately went out to my car and put the tester on the battery. Lo and behold it was bad, one cell was shot. He recommended that I get a new battery, because a car needs all twelve volts to runs properly, and with winter coming up, I know that my battery wasn't going to make it through. Justin took out my old battery, even though it was not an easy task, the bracket holding it was rusty and very hard to loosen. But Justin was extremely pleasant and patient. He got my old battery out and the bracket gave him a problem for the new battery which he solved with the same amount of patience and pleasantry. All in all it was a great experience, and a pleasure to have an honest pleasant patient worker take care of the consumer. I highly recommend this Auto Parts Center.

They fixed my car promptly and at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them for their quality, value, and service. From the first call to them to the moment I picked up my car they were awesome. On the initial call, I told them the make and model of my car and they said, "Oh, there is a tear in the left vinyl panel of the drivers seat." I said, "Right, but I opted for leather seats when I purchased my Subaru." They explained that with the leather option, Subaru only uses leather on the bottom section of the seat and the two side pieces are actually vinyl, and only a mid-quality vinyl at that. When I visited, they talked me through a few alternatives to replace the seat. The one I choose was an aftermarket product where the bottom and side pieces are leather (an upgrade from the OEM product) and the cost was less that the OEM product. You need to look very hard to see the difference between the OEM product of the passenger seat and the after market product of the driver seat. However, if you sit in the seats, then the difference is quite obvious. The driver seat is much softer and more comfortable. I am extremely glad that I found Delaware County Auto Upholstery!
