It has to be requested face to face......or I'm genuinely insulted by the experience. This review is based on the latter unfortunately and I hope it serves as a warning to others. My truck is clean and cared for. When I notice anything mechanically wrong, I fix it before it gets worse. This is not a landscaping or construction vehicle. It carries light loads, maintenance intervals are performed by the book or better. The truck is rust free. I dropped my 5 year old truck off to have the rear differential rebuilt. It started making noise a week or so prior, just bearing noise, it drove fine. Within a day or 2 of picking the truck up there was a noise coming from the back of the truck over bumps, I've never heard this before and it continued to get worse. I returned to Mainline, explained what I was hearing and they took it out for a drive. They heard the noise but could not figure out what was making it and stated it had nothing to do them. I returned to them twice (they are over 20 minutes from me) They refused to look further. I realized (through my own research and work) the passenger rear spring was moving too easily when the truck was lifted 2 inches by a jack under the hitch. So I set up jack stands, lifted the rear of the truck fully exposing the springs. I know what it's supposed to look like after seeing the service manual. Both rear springs were installed upside down. The isolators were ruined for this reason as there was no way for them to seat properly. This is why the passenger spring was moving and hitting the truck frame, making the noise I was hearing. That spring is slightly shorter due to the gas tank being on the driver side to accommodate the weight difference. I was informed by Mainline that my mechanic of 30 years must have done this several months ago when he replaced the shocks, it just didn't make noise until I picked it up after Mainlines work. If it wasn't him, then it was the dealer 3 years prior...... I spent 2 weeks trying to figure this out, hours under the truck, then fixed it myself. I am not a mechanic. ZERO help from Mainline. If I had taken my truck to an automotive motive school for the work, I could understand and absorb some of the blame for the decision and the outcome. This is not a small mistake, someone knew it wasn't right and installed it anyway. For anyone reading this, it is the most important thing to consider. I believed you get what you pay for. I paid full price, and did not. So what did I get for 3k? That's the best part....I have no idea.

For diagonisis n battery never fixing the issue. they called three times an everytime was a different problem Meanwhile I pretty much narrowed it down to the factory radio They were supposed to order a new one. Waited two weeks and they called and said they thought we said to not order the radio. ( never said that. ) Inexperienced in electrical issues. No stars at that facility !!! Good luck.

Best Quality quoted a reasonable price, gave me an appointment for that same day, and completed my oil change while I waited. From the time I walked in, everyone was so nice, and for an auto repair shop, it was clean and comfortable. My car was taken right back for service and before I knew it my car was done (about 40 mins). I held my breath as I was checking out when they told me they listed some service recommendations. Being a woman, I've gone to plenty of other shops and were given laundry lists of "necessary" repairs and pretty hefty estimates, as well as pressure to schedule repairs. Not here. The office manager mentioned recommendations were made and if/when I want the services done to call and she could provide me with estimates. She didn't try and scare me into scheduling the services like so many other places have done. Thank you Quality Brakes!

She sent an email saying I had a free oil change so I only had to pay $45 for a tire rotation and get the 7000 mile checkup up. I drive in and I'm told the oil change would be $89. plus the $45. rotation including the check up. I didn't get the oil change. I had a high percentage left. I told the service desk what I was told when I made the appt (plus the confirming email) that I got a free oil change. This is the second time I was told differently from making the appt to when I got there. That first visit cost me more than the quote for the two inspections-should have been standard prices. I've only been there twice. Not the friendliest. Whoever is making the appt for Bergey's is where the problem starts.
