When I got home I could smell something burning under my car. I called the local Ford dealer (who has been servicing my vehicle for 10 years). They told me they were too busy and could schedule me the next Friday (a week away). They had inspected my vehicle in July and apparently didn't check the brakes! Note: I will never use their service department again! I was upset and decided to find a mechanic near me. I did a Google search for a local auto service and found Glenolden Service Center (a mile from my home). I talked to Kenny (after I hung up from the Ford dealer) and he told me to bring my SUV in on Monday. it was the best decision I've made in awhile!! After Kenny fixed what was wrong and completely checked and fixed/adjusted what should have been done before - I drove a quiet and safe vehicle home!!
