Terrible experience with this towing company. The driver who came to tow my car was extremely rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, he put the wheel skates on incorrectly backwards, and started pulling up the car, potentially damaging my car; had to ask him to stop before things got worse. He got angry and told me he's not used to people watching him, and proceeded to say my car was garbage, when I said I wanted to make sure he was doing it the right way because my car is expensive. I called management to report the issue, and got a very dismissive response and told me he "doubted" the driver would say that or was rude. If you care about your vehicle and want to be treated with respect. I strongly suggest finding a different towing service. I was also told to pay through a website where I was charged through a portal with hidden fees, on top of the 20 dollar tip I gave. Cancelled service entirely and opted for different tow company. read more

Absolutely terrible! Scheduled a tow 24 hours in advance. Got a call 1 hour before they were scheduled to arrive saying he was on his way. I proceeded to prepare the car by pushing it into position and pushing it out of the garage. Got it all done and out for them to call me and cancel the tow! Their reason too far...too far! 44 miles! Not to mention they were going to charge me $450! Thankfully I found another service and paid $160 to complete the job. Great customer service. Called them to tow my sons truck who had a flat tire and dead battery. Keys were left in cup holder as no one could be be there. They picked up the truck and towed to auto shop. I payed for it on line. It is refreshing to have a company who thinks of their customers first. read more

Mitchell came out to tow my s550 via Mercedes road side service . He was great , called me to give me his eta and was even a couple minutes early . Not only was Cioffi's eta times half what other companies were they also had far superior customer service . If needing a tow definitely give them a call . Probably the best tow / road side company I've dealt with . And that goes a long when when you are already having a day with car troubles the last thing you need is more issues . These guys are pros . I called Cioffi's after many calls to Philly tow companies and after being stood up by one company. Wayne, who answered my call, was very helpful, quoted a competitive price and good timing. The driver Zach showed up 1/2 hour earlier than expected which was great! He was super pleasant and patient while we were dealing with Philly parking authority lot. Towed to my house in NJ without issue. All around an excellent experience for a stressful situation. Cioffi's will be my first call if/when I need a tow on the future. read more

These guys are amazing. The are fast, professional, courteous, and fair. My work truck broke down in philly and everyone else I called were over priced and long wait time. Called these guys and they were out when they said they would and gave me an awesome price. The driver (josh) was awesome. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. Man I got a story for y'all. I would give this place a million stars if I could. Listen. I'm a new single mom and was driving my son back from a trip we took to Virginia. I pulled into an exit to take a rest stop as we had an hour drive back still. Anyways. I smell smoke and my hood is smoking really bad to a point I thought my car caught fire. I had to pull off and get my son out of the car super fast before calling 911. After the smoke went out and the fire department dealt with it- it needed to be towed to a mechanic as it was not able to be driven. I used Cioffis services. Scott was the man who came to tow my car! I was super scared and stressed out as I had to wait an hour for my ride to come pick me up. Scott was super quick to my rescue. He was incredibly friendly the entire time which was helpful because I was alone and scared of what had just happened. I was even having problems unhooking my sons car seat dock as I am a new mother. Him being a father himself, he kindly asked me if I needed help and he helped me unload my things and even waited with me to make sure me and my son were safe until my ride got to me. I was blown away by the customer service and extremely happy. I went from being super stressed to feeling safe and happy as I was in good hands. Got into an accident and 2 drivers came. One of them was nice but the other was super rude, honking at on coming traffic. No patience. I gave them a 2 stars for the one guy that was very nice. Found out my car was totaled and went to clean out the car. I realized later on that I forgot my tags so I called back and whoever picked up the phone was SO RUDE. Said he would get to it whenever he had time. I explained to him that the insurance company will be coming to get my car and I don't want them to take the tags can he make sure it's off by then. He said I'll get to it if I have time if not then oh well. I said I need those tags I just need him to go get them and I'll pick them up the next day I can't make it back there. He hung up on me!! Didn't pick up when I called back. Went back the next day, a Guy was smoking inside the building and couldn't find my tag. Told me to come back. I told him I couldn't I live 30 mins away. Finally went to look again and when he found them he stated "oh you're lucky" excuse me?!? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I hope they fix cars better than the way they treat customers. It was one of the worst situation a person could be in and they just made it worst. read more

Stranded on 95 with a flat and no one else in the Philadelphia area was willing to pick up my car. Called Cioffi's and got the best customer service I've ever had from a towing company. Charged a fair price considering they're hubbed in Cherry Hill. Truck took a bit longer than expected to arrive (about an hour longer than the estimate i was given) but the service alone earned 5 stars. From the nice guy on the phone to the actual driver, it was a very pleasant experience. Common now, how often can you say you've had a pleasant experience with a tow truck? read more

This is definitely the most reliable and professional towing service I've found. I own a 15,000 pound food truck that caters a lot of weddings. When our engine went, we needed to get the vehicle around for a week's worth of events while waiting for parts to come in. Not wanting to disappoint our clients (and lose a lot of money in the process) we hired Cioffi's to tow us to every venue.
