I didn't have a copy of my insurance card; the young lady was kind enough to print a copy for me from my online policy. I had a daytime running light that had been out of service for weeks. I fully expected to pay for that in addition to the cost of inspection. Apparently the wiring was loose so I was not charged. In today's environment that level of honesty is extraordinary. I googled local shops, looked up reviews, and called around for prices and appointments. Best Quality quoted a reasonable price, gave me an appointment for that same day, and completed my oil change while I waited. From the time I walked in, everyone was so nice, and for an auto repair shop, it was clean and comfortable. My car was taken right back for service and before I knew it my car was done (about 40 mins). I held my breath as I was checking out when they told me they listed some service recommendations. Being a woman, I've gone to plenty of other shops and were given laundry lists of "necessary" repairs and pretty hefty estimates, as well as pressure to schedule repairs. Not here. The office manager mentioned recommendations were made and if/when I want the services done to call and she could provide me with estimates. She didn't try and scare me into scheduling the services like so many other places have done. Thank you Quality Brakes!
