As I walked into the store I was greeted by "Josiah" who assisted me with my questions. He asked me the make, model and year of my vehicle. Once I gave him all the information he then brought out two different batteries to review with me and we selected the best one. He also brought out some anti-corrosion protection for the battery as well. Since I was new to this store he enrolled me in the rewards program and then took my gift card and payment for the battery and other product. As Josiah was installing the battery in my car, I was ask several questions regarding the battery and other things and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I greatly appreciate his time, customer service and attention to detail as I was in a bit of a panic since I went over to Advanced Auto Parts to have the same thing done and was not treated well. After my experience with Advanced Auto Parts, I will NEVER go back and deal with that type of treatment especially when Auto Zone is right across the street and providing EXCELLENT customer service to their customers. (Stay far away from Advanced Auto Parts Store#7773) I highly recommend Auto Zone on Eagleview Bouledvard in Exton, PA. Stop in and ask for "Josiah" and trust me you won't be disappointed. Thank You Auto Zone for training your staff properly to provide excellent customer service to all your customers. You have gained a customer for life because of my experience with your store today.

My check engine light came on some weeks ago. I went to an Autozone near my home (not the Clifton…read moreHeights store), where they gave me a diagnostic sheet with all the possible codes that could have caused the check engine light to come on. The possible causes were all over the map, and they literally told me to try fixing *all* the possible problems, starting with the cheapest item first. I was not looking forward to researching all these possible problem areas and randomly fixing them from cheapest to most expensive, in the hope that I would hit the right fix somewhere along the way. LUCKILY I misplaced the sheet my local store gave me (and they said they don't hold onto your diagnostic results), so when I happened to be near the Autozone in Clifton Heights, I stopped in, expecting to start over with the same jumbled results. Instead, Carl S. quickly scanned my car again and then walked me through the results, pointing out the one repair that would likely shut off all the other codes. There was no jumble of unrelated codes, and Carl explained how the additional codes beyond this one fix were less likely to be responsible for the check engine light coming on. Anyway, thanks to Carl, I'm much more hopeful that I can get this repair done without having to do, like, 10 random repairs. He was extremely professional and polite, and he seemed much more knowledgeable than my local person. And he gave me a logical starting point. Yay, Carl at the Clifton Heights Autozone!

After I came out of Aldi, my car almost didn't start, so I went into this Advance Auto Parts. Justin was on duty, he immediately went out to my car and put the tester on the battery. Lo and behold it was bad, one cell was shot. He recommended that I get a new battery, because a car needs all twelve volts to runs properly, and with winter coming up, I know that my battery wasn't going to make it through. Justin took out my old battery, even though it was not an easy task, the bracket holding it was rusty and very hard to loosen. But Justin was extremely pleasant and patient. He got my old battery out and the bracket gave him a problem for the new battery which he solved with the same amount of patience and pleasantry. All in all it was a great experience, and a pleasure to have an honest pleasant patient worker take care of the consumer. I highly recommend this Auto Parts Center.
