Zero starts for customer service... more specifically for the manager on duty last night 11/5/19 at 7:30 pm.. Vianney... no help no solution no heart no nothing.. Heartless witch I had my kids in the van.. she gave me a hard time while I was trying to replace my battery.. she couldnt even give me a jumpstart to get to a different autozone for someone else to help me.. Get some training and basic morals ... the other guy was ok he tried to help but she wouldn't let him.. worst customer service ever!!! I'm writing this review based on a handful of experiences here. I would like to start off my saying that the staff is great. Attitude is good and knowledge is there. But this review is based my my time being wasted more than one time. FIRST TIME, I had ordered parts that were not in store. I was told that the parts would arrive by Friday. Friday comes and nothing is there. I give it a few more days and check with them over the phone and nothing is in but computer shows it's at the store. They can't find it. I come in to get the order cancelled, and reordered again. The man helping me couldn't figure out how to reorder the parts. He had a line building up to check out, and he would stop with figuring out the order, and take customers to be wrung up. He did that to me over 4 times, quick transactions but I felt like my time wasn't important to him. Time is money to me. I ended up asking for a refund and ordered it on eBay far lower than what autozone had it listed at. SECOND TIME, I came in prepared with a part number, guy helped me out. Computer showed they had two in stock. He goes back and comes back with only one. He says sorry computer shows two but I only see one there. I thank him and them proceeded to think about other options other than autozone. I love walking into a store and getting what I need. But if they can't get it right with simple inventory, or just simple Point of sale systems then I'll just go elsewhere. ‍ read more

Terrible customer service. Only two workers on the floor to assist you and the ones they do have on the floor are not very knowledgeable. I had to come back to the store three times just get the right damn battery for my car. Never again!!! read more

Came in last week for a can of paint. Upon checking out, I probably counted 7 people in line as nobody was available to service them. A few employees were in the back stocking coming out once in a while to chat with their fellow coworkers up front who were all busy standing around. 15 minutes are so later, I was finally able to pay for my items and leave. Called them today for a stock check on a part. The woman puts me on hold for 15 minutes. A man eventually picks up and asked if he can help. I explained to him that I was waiting for the woman whom I was speaking with to get back to me on a stock check. He quickly replies with yeah that part is out of stock and hangs up. The part is gasket sealant (a common item). Yeah, the customer service here needs serious help. I go to the store on 190th now. They're much better. read more

Although you can't complain about the quality of a car part, I could definitely make a complaint regarding customer service from employee Rhyen. Not only does he lack respect for elders but he also lacks any amount of customer service. This is a customer vouching for two other customers. A poor customer was making sure that he would get a refund to his card and the employee said to call the bank and check. Employee kept saying next customer while the customer was still at the cashier asking for the employee to tell him if refund would be made to his card. Luckily, this elderly customer straight up asked him if he knows anything about customer service? Rhyen was the RUDEST employee I have ever encountered in this AutoZone and he should not be working up front if he's upset with his job (the job he chose to apply for and accept). Learn respect for your elders, and if you can't find the time to learn customer service, you definitely don't need this job since you act like you own the place and the customer owes you. It's the other way around. You owe customer service at all times while clocked in. Management needs to address this issue. read more

Great service. Friendly staff. Most parts are in stock. Clean and organized. Lines can be long but usually go by fast.

Worst service ever!!! Asked to changed to our battery and broke the coolant hose. Had to leave our car there and next day "didn't know" what we were talking about. I do not recommend this place at all! read more

I will never go in this place ever again, they lost my business. I went in there on a Wednesday afternoon, I was the only customer, the 2 ladies working there didn't even acknowledge me as I stood there like a jackass waiting to ask a question, and then when my question was finally answered and I got what I wanted, it took forever for one of them to come over and check me out. I was appalled at the lack of service. It was like I was a ghost or something. If I have to go to an auto part store, I'll go to another company, but if I HAVE to go to an Auto Zone, it won't be this location. read more

Not a bad place they are busy tho. They have all you need although all I needed was oil. Didn't need major help still they were helpful. Like every auto zone THERE HIRING are so they say they always need extra help at times read more

ok so i used to like this place but service sucks. I just called to check if they had a part. The guy put me on hold and told me let me walk to the parts counter and ill pick back up. 15 min. later nothing still on hold. JERK~! not the first time i had problems with this autozone. DO NOT GO HERE!! i would give this zero stars if i could!!!! save yourself some trouble and go to a different autozone! I was on my way to a meeting when my car started acting up and wouldn't start..apparently it was a bad battery..so I called in, asked them if they had the replacement battery I needed and they said they did..so i got there, and there was 4 people behind the counter acting like they're doing/looking for something (really slowly and obviously taking their precious time)..I was in the line and they're taking care of one other customer..there was just me and another customer and 4 employees! how the hell did I end up waiting in line for 10 mins! and this fat guy was on the computer, idk wtf he was doing, but he just sat there for 10mins before asking if I needed any help! well no sh*t I needed some help! that's why I'm in the line!!! and then i told them i called in for the battery, so this guy goes to the back and comes back saying they didn't had the battery i wanted, which they said they did!! they "thought" they had it in stock! wtf? i could've just went somewhere else!!! but i know my car isn't going anywhere so I had no choice, i bought this battery for $130 and these guys didn't even help me change my battery or anything! (i've been to other auto shops that helped me install stuff for free, even a battery before!!) I swiped my card and they gave me the battery! the guy went to the back, and i stood there awkwardly as i thought the guy was gonna come back to help me, he came back after a few minutes and just told me that im "all set"! wtf? my battery is bad! and they knew that! i told him i cant start my car without a jumper!! how the hell did he expect me to get anywhere! i have no tools what so ever in my car! I couldn't even start my car! at this point I was just furious at this fat guys laziness so I just called my friend to help me out! I ended up being 2 hours late to my meeting! should've just gone to a different place like a mechanic or something, i woudn't even mind if they charged me for the service, the thing is I DONT HAVE any equipment in my car to change the batteries and i CANT get anywhere and i told him that!! wtf??!..I know they let you borrow their tools but i didnt even bother asking them because they didn't even seem like they wanted to help me or anything!
