That caused inconvenience because I was working on time and when I got to the original store they told me that was not true. I had receipts for everything can someone from corporate contact me and tell me why she did this? I went in and nobody was there, so I walked around saying hello? Hello? Eventually Carlos came out and I was going to give this two or three stars, but Carlos was very nice. He asked me if I wanted good, better or best. I said well, depends on which ones they are. He walked through everything with the windshield wipers with me and we decided on the Bosch. They're really good and the price was right. So I ended up getting some bosch blades still affordable and then he went out and installed them. I also got some washer fluid and he did that too. I did the ones in front and back. He told me I needed to replace them all at once because it had been a few years. Great conversation, good all around. O'Reilly Auto Parts is good with service. I'm giving them 4.5 stars because of how it started. It is interesting that they're a little short handed, but the guy in front of me was actually on his first day at work. So hopefully that's a good addition and helps them.

However, the man behind the counter walked right by me without saying I'll be right with you or anything. First, let me say I have no idea where I am or what I'm looking for so a little help would've been great. I will say he was helping someone on the phone, but he still could've spoken as he walked by me. I looked for a store employee and went to the back to find a woman stacking bottles. I said good morning. asked how you're doing. She said fine without even looking at me. I held up the small piece that I was looking for and asked where I can find it. She looked at the part and told me the aisle it was located in. good customer service means walk me to the part because again, I have no idea where I am and what I'm looking for. The energy in the store was low and the customer service was poor. So I walked out

I called this morning about a part for my car. The customer service over the phone was excellent. When I went in to pay for the part he arrived at 4:32 pm there was one person ahead of me. When I got to the counter the staff person was rushing and did not give me the same information as over the phone. He expected me to pay for the part and wait for it to come in to see if it is the right part. I said since you are in a rush to get out of here I will let you go. The staff person threw the keys to a co-worker and said let's get the "F" out of here. Of course they have lost me as a customer and that's why I'm writing this review on Google and Yelp. When I treat people with respect I expect to be treated with respect. All I asked is are you sure this is the right part.
