I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this shop. When I had my vehicle towed there from…read moreCarMax, the front engine splash shield was on the vehicle when it was dropped off. After the repairs, the splash shield was missing. When I brought this up to the shop, I was told they had nothing to do with it and that it may have already been missing when the vehicle arrived. The problem is, I personally saw the part on the vehicle when it was dropped off. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures beforehand, which I regret. The shop also told me they don't replace missing parts. That leaves the customer in a difficult position when a part is missing after the vehicle has been in their possession, especially when the customer has no way to prove exactly what happened. What makes this even more frustrating is that my insurance company won't discuss the part directly with the shop, leaving me stuck in the middle trying to resolve something that should have been handled professionally. I'm not accusing anyone of intentionally taking the part because I cannot prove that. However, the way this situation was handled has completely damaged my trust in this shop. Customers should be able to leave their vehicles with a repair facility knowing that all parts will be accounted for and returned with the vehicle. I strongly recommend taking detailed pictures and documenting every part of your vehicle before leaving it at this shop. I wish I had done that myself.

I came to this shop months back for calibration, the device drained my battery while I was on the property and the man refused to help me. I was here stuck with my baby struggling and he he was being rude telling me to move my vehicle, as if I could it died. He didn't want to help me jump it so I had to call someone to come help me. Fast forward I scheduled another appointment because there's no other local provider unfortunately he stated there was no tech available the first time I got my vehicle towed to him then the second attempt he said there was also no tech available but he'd still assist me once we walked outside he completely decided to just refuse my service. When I've already been in contact with him twice, he agreed as we were walking outside then completely changed his mind!!! After the vehicle had been towed to him twice. Absolutely outrageous. Not to mention I had an infant child with me this man did not care just wanted to be rude straight up!

There were massive drip marks in the finished product as well as a ton of over spray. In some spots it looked like they ran out of paint to finish it bc there is not enough paint covering and the coat is so thin ( like rattle can ). In one part it looks like 2 different colors were used , white and some yellowish color. Also we can still see some faint blue behind the white color.. He lied to us also. Had the truck delivered via AAA tow truck on June 23, 2017 he texted us on the 28th telling us it was ready. I asked him for a photo of the truck he said he didn't have one. So we live in Mission Viejo which is a 1.5 hour drive or 3 hour round trip. On June 29th the next day my friend went out to the shop on the basis that the truck was ready, we'll it wasn't to our surprise, Aaron had said that he had problems getting it in the paint booth and that it would be ready in 2 hrs time... it's a Friday no one was looking to stick around in the heat. Plus why did he say that it was ready the day before?????? Anyways the finished product was nightmare to the heart point where it needs to be Repainted AGAIN. We are looking to sell the truck so we are not expecting a well paint job. There goes 770 dollars down the drain. Horrible customer service that guy should be fired..
