    If you need it, they have it. That is the best description I could give of this business. Men who know their stuff. Their prices are a bit high but who wouldn't be willing to pay if they really need a part. The parking lot is very spacious. What I find unusual about this business is that it has two different addresses. I remember being thrown off while looking for it when my husband sent me on a part run. On Main Street their address is 7118 S Main St but if you're driving down Florence their address is 121 E. Florence.

    I would recommend hitting this place up before going to a autozone or other chain stores . You will definitely save a little more.

    Bad bad place to buy auto parts , NO parts returnable after 7 days, you better go to auto zone or any other place...!!!!

I couldn't understand why I received such disrespect and lack of empathy during my visit last night (July 25th around 9:15pm). Then it started to make sense. Each visit in the past was during the day. Last night my husband specifically gave instructions as to what part he would like picked up from will-call. When I arrived the line was quite long, yet I see about five young employees walking around, with two working the registers. I asked one of them if a customer had to stand in line to pick up an item from will-call. I stood in line only to be disappointed when I seen the item that was put on hold. I explained to the team member (which I found out later that supposedly she's under age) what it was specifically that my husband asked for. She dangled around on the computer as if she was looking for it but apparently very clueless. I decided to call my husband and put him on speaker phone to explain. Not only did the young team member stand there with a blank stare, her colleagues stood there as well as if they had no clue as to the car part being described. No one tried to get more information or to look for it. All of them stood there clueless and what hit a nerve is when one of them started laughing instead of assisting. I explained to my husband that the team was a bunch of youngsters who were clueless and could care less about his concerns and that we should try another location. (Gardena location). I also took a photo to share who these employees were with the intention of posting it to this review. I decided it wasn't a good idea and may go against Yelp reviewing policies. I went back to my car only to look up and notice one of the employees (slightly thick with long hair wearing a back brace) came out looking at all the cars on the lot. As I was leaving I rolled my window down under the impression maybe they found a heart to help out but instead when he noticed me he shouted out "You know she's under age right. The employee you took a picture of is under age. You can't take her picture". I wasn't sure what that had to do with their being unprofessional and my photo but as I said more than likely it's against policy so I didn't post it but filed it away in case it needs to be seen by management. We gave the Gardena location a call and spoke with a young lady named Regina. She spoke professionally over the phone and was very polite. She gave the service that we're used to receiving. She not only understood the description of the part my husband needed but was able to provide the part number. Which in actuality was two part numbers (7046 and RC85). My husband likes to support AutoZone but prefer to purchase from a location that's local. So he decided to give this location another try by calling and requesting the part for the second time and this time around providing the product number. He said they talk with him for a second, out him on hold then hung up. So moral of my experience, don't visit this location at night expecting professionalism. It's very disappointing but it's the honest truth. No customer is taken seriously by this set of staff.
