Horrible customer service.... from the first moment I walked in I got a horrible stare. Idk if people steal ac refill but it almost seemed like I was being watched lol. I proceeded to make line to ask questions and Esteban kept giving me short answers as if he was annoyed so I went ahead and asked for for his manager, and he laughed, smiled and said get my good side. I am the manager. I understand that sometimes we have long days however you work at an auto parts store so you should expect auto parts questions. I think he was assuming that I did not buy the AC refill that I brought in because I physically didn't have a receipt. He also asked me to verify my email receipt however I was having trouble finding it. Once I found it his whole attitude changed. I ended up walking out none of the other employees even tried to help me. He also told his coworker to tell the lady to take a card off because it kept making noise. He was annoyed that the card kept going off. He must've had a bad day. The employee just looked at him and ignored him. I think everyone knew he was having a bad day. read more

Came here today for some lug nuts for my tires that were being replaced near by at Costco. Javier appeared to be very knowledgeable & showed me my options. While paying I mentioned that I needed to replace my windshield wipers (which I had actually already purchased at Oreilly) he then said they could take a look at them & help me replace them. I was later helped by Darnell who went out to my vehicle & helped me replace my wipers on the spot & also a couple of light bulbs that had gone bad. I will be returning the wipers I originally purchased at Oreilly as they were overpriced. Being that a lot of women don't shop here, at times I l feel overwhelmed having to purchase anything for my vehicle. The gentlemen here were just that, GENTLEMEN. I came here a few weeks ago to purchase a tire air inflator to put air into my tires. Being as it was my first time in here, I didn't know what to expect, but I was able to navigate the store easily enough. It's smaller than I expected but I was able to find paint pens for the car paint, car wax, and they even had the AUX cord I was looking for. The cashier directed me to the correct aisle for the air inflator and I found it easily enough. I would definitely come back to Autozone for my car needs. read more

Bad customer services ask to charger my battery and he says. No it needs a minimum of a hour to charge and they close in 45 mins so i ask can he just charge for the 45 and i wait out side and he says no it won't help you just take it to another Autozone read more

I had gotten my battery from a different auto zone location and needed it replaced. They were able to check my warranty using my phone number. Thankfully cause my paper receipt was long gone. They were really friendly and helpful. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because they seemed understaffed there were a lot of people but only two employees. I feel bad they were so busy. Overall tip I would say is always pay for an extended warranty if there is a option. read more

I went to this store because my i battery died nearby. They told me I had a warranty and they needed to test the battery to make sure it was bad. The manager that helped me said someone else had to take my battery out of my car and bring it in for it to be tested because they don't do it. I said that my battery was installed at another Autozone when i bought it. He said "that shouldn't have been done because it could mess up the computer system." I left and went to the Autozone on Hawthorne and 102nd. They had no issues or hesitation to install the battery and everything is working fine! read more

I came In and everything was taped off to prevent entry in all the isles. The security guard advised they had some type of leakage and unfortunately they wouldn't all customers to walk through, but they could assist with what I needed if I told them what the item was. I asked for prices on a SPECIFIC motor oils and sizes to see which was cheaper/better deal. He was pretty much trying to tell me to just tell him what type of car did I have and he would get what he thought was best. I said it's ok I'll come back when your store is back in good standing because I know what I need and he just did not want to grab the bottles. It's my own right to bargain shop and it's not my fault autozone is broken today. Oh and the cashiers don't like you paying cash. lol I'll take my cash elsewhere. read more

The associate was very helpful. We had our check engine light on and needed to get a smog check asap. Afraid it might fail because of the check engine light being on. Gave us tips to get a free smog check quote at pep boys and found out the error code. Came back got the correct part. It needed a new IAT sensor. Fixed that and the light is no longer on.
