Paul seems to know just about everything for my vehicles. He has saved me from buying the wrong part and giving me great advice on how to do repairs. Their prices are fair, their return policy is great, and they usually have what I need in stock. This is the only place I'll go in the area for parts.

Employee immediately said "must be an old sale and no one took down sign". I went over and verified the sign said "on sale thru December 30th" and then the other cashier tried to tell me I had picked up the high mileage injector cleaner and I showed him the sign said it was the high mileage cleaner. He then tried to tell me it was for a different injector cleaner and their employee must have put them in the wrong place on the shelf. After they repeatedly attempted to find a reason to not sell me the cleaner for the price marked on the shelf I went across the street to Auto Zone and purchased the injector cleaner. No desire to spend my money in a business that wants to argue with their customers even if the mistake is theirs.

These guys scam people for a living. They sell engines stating 100% running as should, claim they…read moreshift through them and test them but it couldn't be farther from the truth. 2 days to install an engine then 10 seconds into test ride, 2nd gear is smoked. Not only that but the clutch is smoked and every gear slips. I know I'm not the only one to read the description of their products and get the total opposite, so do yourself a favor and don't spend money with these Scumbags. I'll be sure to have the lawsuits to you guys by Monday.

He was quick to get to me and was super nice and helpful. Due to the battery being completely dead and corroded we couldn't get the car into neutral so he helped get it into neutral. Additionally once the car was on the truck he asked if any keys on the key ring I might need which I hadn't even thought about. Overall it was a great experience super quick and very helpful. Way better than other experiences I've had in the past.

I called AAA to tow my truck to a dealer as it has no key. AAA sent A&D. The A&D driver said it…read morewould require dollies or skates, and AAA wouldn't allow them to use those. He also said they would have to tow it from the rear and because it had a hard, folding bed cover (factory installed) his boss would not allow them to tow it. Afraid the cover would blow off and damage the cab (not likely with a folding hard cover). I called AAA back and they are sending another company. They confirmed that their carriers use dollies, skates and whatever is necessary all the time. So, if you want a bunch of excuses as to why they can't tow your vehicle - call A&D. If you don't want to waste your time - call another towing company.
