Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. They arrive I tried to cancel since it was fixed and pay the 25.00 service fee and the miles to the call 52.00 and it should have been 52.00 for miles to get them back. But they charged me 210.00 EXTRA because they are $175.00 an hour from the time they leave the office to the time they get back to office which is really greedy @ a time like covid 19 ! I spoke to manager to try and negotiate and he gave me 25.00 off but I was still to pay for their time even if I did NOT get anything fixed! Just very unfair this company policies should be undated like everyone else in Covid 19 .... anyway my total bill was 277.00 -25.00 the manager gave off smh! I paid because I didn't want them to report my MC or DOT as bad credit and possible lower my credit rate for my company.
