I walked the store with my children and came back just a couple minutes shy of an hour and 10 minutes and asked on the status of my vehicle. I was told it has not been worked on yet, but *should* be soon, he thinks. I walked away to just wait until who knows when, but my kids were already getting cranky and it was lunch time. I asked to just purchase the tire and take it with me. I explained to the man at the desk that I was a bit frustrated about the time estimate because I have two small children that have already waited an hour and they did not complete or even begin on my vehicle. He ignored what I said and only replied with "I don't know. I just got here, so". He asked me what kind of vehicle I have twice, and I told him. Then, half way to my car with the tire, I asked if he had my keys,,only to find out he had left them inside and he had to ask for a third time in a one-two minute span what kind of vehicle I have so he could go get my keys while my kids and I were out in the cold. Extremely rude, cold customer service. Could not even look me in the eye. Do not care whatsoever about customers. Truly the WORST car care experience I have ever had in my 12 years of driving and getting regular routine maintenance.

They took me without hesitation. As a wheelchair user, my van is equipped with hand controls, so getting routine vehicle service isn't always as routine as it should be. The staff didn't make it a big deal. They listened, understood how my controls worked, handled my van perfectly, and had my inspection and oil change completed in under 30 minutes, even with two people already in the waiting area. What made the experience even more memorable but also made me speechless, was something completely unexpected. Another customer at the shop was ahead of me and, without saying anything to me, quietly paid for my entire visit and his own, then left. I never even got the chance to thank him. (Thank you amazing human for your genuine kindness.) Between this man's incredible act of kindness and the way the staff treated me with absolutely zero hesitation, I left feeling genuinely cared for and at a loss for words. Needless to say I came home put my snap on scan tool on it and wouldn't ya know... oil pressure is perfect... next I checked my engine bay and found the oil dipstick laying across my battery. Didn't air the tires up. Basically half assed it all. Called seriously 6 mins after leaving and asked how they checked my oil pressure.. thier answer, we have had several cars through since you left and our tech cant remember. Hahahahah liars. Needless to say yall came your shop chumps techs. Thats a far cry from veing a tech... lost this customer for life
