I walked the store with my children and came back just a couple minutes shy of an hour and 10 minutes and asked on the status of my vehicle. I was told it has not been worked on yet, but *should* be soon, he thinks. I walked away to just wait until who knows when, but my kids were already getting cranky and it was lunch time. I asked to just purchase the tire and take it with me. I explained to the man at the desk that I was a bit frustrated about the time estimate because I have two small children that have already waited an hour and they did not complete or even begin on my vehicle. He ignored what I said and only replied with "I don't know. I just got here, so". He asked me what kind of vehicle I have twice, and I told him. Then, half way to my car with the tire, I asked if he had my keys,,only to find out he had left them inside and he had to ask for a third time in a one-two minute span what kind of vehicle I have so he could go get my keys while my kids and I were out in the cold. Extremely rude, cold customer service. Could not even look me in the eye. Do not care whatsoever about customers. Truly the WORST car care experience I have ever had in my 12 years of driving and getting regular routine maintenance.

I found a boat last week that I liked . I knew it wouldn't last long but I wanted to have a pre buy…read moreinspection done first and needed it quick . I called DALLAS BOAT SERVICE and explained my situation. They agreed to squeeze me in the next day ! I met the boat owner there the next day hoping it would pass inspection and arranged to have a full annual service done should it pass. Much to my delight , not only did it pass but the inspector ( and shop owner ) said it didn't need any service and that it's good to go ! Wow , that's honesty for you. Additionally, after I concluded the purchase of the boat I picked up the boat from the Dallas Boat Service yard which they graciously let me keep in their boat yard . I discovered the trailer light plug did not match my truck . Again , the shop owner went above and beyond and gave me the right adapter and even hooked it up for me. I can't recommend this shop enough ! The owner and his wife are so nice and helpful ! This will be my go to for all my future boat service needs !
